The Hideaway@Tuscan Hills, a modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home
At over 1800 sq ft, This spacious and completely renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is in close proximity to Disney and all the shops and resteraunts on Highways 27 and 192!
There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out inside this home which also features a large kitchen, full of new appliances and all of the essentials to easily prepare quick snacks or full meals for your family and/or friends.
When it is time to turn in for the night, everyone will sleep peacefully on the brand new beds with new mattresses in each of the bedrooms. This home also boasts a screened, furnished lanai, a private, heated pool and spa, plus a game room with a foosball table in the garage.
Our stunning private pool with attached spa, is surrounded by large hedges and you'll find a covered lanai and a cooling fan to provide shade from the beautiful Florida sunshine!
Below and in brief detail, is what you can expect to find at our home!
Bedrooms:
4, Sleeps 8 Our first ensuite king bedroom features a great king size bed, we have enough closet space for you and additional drawer space too! A large streaming TV is situated in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed! Direct access to the lanai and pool is available from this room.
Our Second ensuite is slightly smaller than the first, but again equipped with a large bed, plenty of storage, A TV and private ensuite bathroom. Again, there is direct access on to the pool deck from this bedroom,.
Our third and fourth bedrooms are both twin rooms and share a bathroom, there is ample storage in both rooms, again both of these rooms are equipped with large streaming TVs
Bathrooms:
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
The first ensuite features a huge seperate shower area along with a large corner bath.
There are dual vanity sinks at either side of the bathroom and a large closet area.
The WC is situated in an enclosed room.
Ensuite two features a bath / shower combination along with vanity and toilet, there is direct access on to the pool deck from this bathroom.
Bathroom number three is situated off the open plan living area and close to both twin rooms, it features a bath / shower combination along with vanity sinks and a toilet.
All three bathrooms are equipped with all the linens you will need and each also come equipped with hair dryers and wall outlets for you to plug in your own products.
Pool
Our beautiful pool area is a real feature of our home!
With attached spa and a hand rail to support you in to either the pool or the spa itself, this is the ultimate area to kick back and cool off after a hot day at one of our many parks!
We have some great sun loungers for you to enjoy as well as a number of seating options under the lanai to keep you cool!
This stunning pool can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge of $40 per night, this includes spa heat too, which works on demand via a timer! Pool Heat is set to 86 degrees, on demand spa heat is set to 104 degrees with the heat provided through a gas heating system.
Living The open plan living area is a real highlight of our home!
With beautiful tile floors, modern furnishing with direct access to the pool through big, patio doors... what's not to love!!
A large wall mounted streaming TV is supplied for your enjoyment and a large ceiling fan if you need it.
All rooms are accessible from this large, central family area.
The home is equipped with centrally fitted air conditioning to keep you cool on our steamy summer days!
Kitchen The Kitchen was rejuvenated and now features new stainless fridge, cooker, microwave oven and dishwashers.
We have a toaster and coffee maker for you to use too.
All linens crockery and cutlery are supplied for your use and are in plentiful supply, you will need for nothing!
The Kitchen also features a breakfast bar for you to enjoy snacks on and there is plenty of storage for you to enjoy during your holiday!
Dining Attached to the kitchen you will find our lovely dining area, with a big family dining table with seating for six. Come sit down as a family and enjoy your meals here!
Outside The home is situated on Tuscan Hills Blvd, there is grass to the front of the home and each side, to the rear of the home you will find large hedges which give a feeling of privacy.
Tuscan Hills is a quiet community, centrrally situated close to Highway 27 and the Disney Resort Area.
Garage
Parking: There is room for two standard vehicles on the Driveway only (No Large Trucks, SUVs, Mini Bus or Commercial Vehicles), there is no on street parking allowed at any of our homes.
Internet Free high speed internet has been provided for you throughout the home.

Our Tuscan Hills villas and vacation rentals range from 3 bed townhouses to 5 bed villas. Please contact the Tuscan Hills villa owners direct to check availability and prices.
The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for everyone.
There is also a Chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok, a brilliant Thai and Japanese restaurants and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out.
Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank. The area continues to be developed, this year we welcomed a new McDonalds, Wendys, Starbucks and other amenities in the area continue to open.
Important Note!
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night which includes taxes.
The BBQ can be rented for $10 per day (minimum 5 nights)
Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.
Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

Tuscan Hills Blvd Home from Home
Perfect accommodation for our holiday, the villa was a home from home, excellent facilities superb location close to all things Disney and Florida. Facilities as described. Communication with property owners was professional, with prompt responses regard's to confirmation of booking etc. We had a fabulous holiday! Was a shame to come home.

First I give extra stars because we had booked for December and could not come. The property manager allowed us to move to March. March was a peak time because of Spring Break so our stay costed more which is very understandable. The pros - nice older house with lots of space for a big Family. It is close proximity to all the parks. It is fairly clean.The Cons - the air conditioner is on an auto system or. Controlled remotely. It kept getting turned to 78 and 80. We run our air in 74 in the day and 72 at night because we cannot sleep good hot. 80 at night is miserable and hot in Florida. Not every room has a fan. The fan in the master makes an aggravating noise. The smoke detectors needed batteries and were beeping. I messaged the property manager about the air and smoke detector and still have not received a response. The driveway will not hold two Expeditions without parking on the edge of the grass. The property manager messaged and stated we could not let the cars hang over the gras or we would be towed at 300 expense charged to us if we did not make sure our vehicles did not hand over. We had to park so close we could not open the doors without moving one car to the road to get in and out. This was frustrating but we mad it work. We have vacationed many places and have had this issue. We have never had a situation that did not allow us to control the temperature in the house during our stay. The hot tub does not get hot. It was the same temperature as the pool.
