Modern lux townhome @ spa / water park resort ( Regal Palms ) minutes to Disney

Welcome to L&S Home Away From Home. This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home was recently renovated and is minutes from Disney. All bedrooms have TV's with cable, Roku's and free WI-FI. There's also a bar-cart and two grass walls for picture taking purposes. The townhome is located at Regal Palms Resort & Spa. The resort has a 2-acre tropical swimming pool complex with 2 heated pools. There is also a waterslide, sauna, gym, hot tub, tiki bar, ice cream shop, spa, lazy river, restaurant.

The space
You will find free parking for two vehicles in the driveway. Two stools are placed next to the front door. The unit is accessible for check-in via keypad. There is an umbrella stand at the entrance. There's two master suites, the one on the main floor is nautical / ocean-themed ( queen size bed ) and the second is on the upper level and is tropical-themed ( King size bed ). The kids room is Mickey Mouse-themed with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is designer- themed (queen size bed). All lamps in the bedrooms have USB ports, except the first floor master suite which has outlets.

Guest access
The resort is home to many amenities that are walking distance from the unit. You must have your parking pass visibly placed on your rear view mirror at all times.
Other things to note
ATTENTION: Resort fees are $22.40 per night ( includes all house guests ). This fee must be paid at the resort reception during check in. This is required for access into the gated community and amenities. There will be a starter pack left available for guests. This starter pack includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher tablet, one laundry tablet, one trash bag for the kitchen trash can, antibacterial hand soap in each bathroom / kitchen and one roll of paper towel for the kitchen.
