You and your family will stay in a newly renovated home with modern finishes, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Davenport, Florida.
The space
We welcome you and your family to treat yourself to a beautiful and relaxing stay. This modern home has an open concept, which invites everyone to enjoy time together in the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room provides a comfortable sectional couch, 80-inch flat screen TV and a cozy nook with two armchairs allowing for a quieter space to read a book, catch up on emails or even work from home. We also can't forget all the natural lighting and the amazing views of the private swimming pool and the Lake from the comfort of your couch!

You have your own kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave), along with pots, pans, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. No need to worry about what to do with your dirty laundry, the washer and dryer are readily available for you in the garage!

This spacious home has plenty of seating for you and your family. The main dining room table has six chairs, plus an additional table with two chairs next to the kitchen, along with three stools at the kitchen Island.

This is perfect for a family that requires extra space as it's over 1,500 square feet, having 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Overnight stays to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Extra blankets and a pack and play for a baby to sleep in is also available upon request.

Outdoor and indoor areas of the house are beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable for family fun time! For safety and peace of mind, the pool is surrounded by a gated enclosure. While enjoying some fresh air outside on the spacious patio area, you can sit back, relax on one of two sun chairs, eat your meals at the outdoor table, under the covered lanai, all while taking in that breathtaking Lake View.

Other things to note:

Pool Heater is available for $55 per day. Please let us know if you would like the heater turned on.

BBQ is available for use for $50. Gas tank is available, but not guaranteed to have gas.

There is a first aid kit located inside kitchen cabinet next to the refrigerator. There are 2 fire extinguishers, one in the kitchen and the other located in the garage next to the door. Clean sheets and towels are provided.

Due to skin sensitivities please bring your preferred shampoos, soaps and detergent. We provide hand wash soap in bathrooms and kitchen.

Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

If anything breaks or is damaged or stained, please let us know in order to repair or replace the items, we understand things can happen.

As with most places in the state of Florida, any lake or body of water can have alligators, please be mindful of this, keep your distance and be safe around bodies of water and wildlife.

No Parties and No Smoking or Vaping inside the house or patio/pool area or around the house. No outside party rental equipment allowed. **Violation of these rules will result in a fine and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. **

Safety & property
Ring doorbell camera is outside of the house facing the street and is movement activated. Two additional cameras, one on the North and South side of the house. cameras are motion activated. NO cameras are inside the home.
