The space
We hope you will enjoy a safe and relaxing stay at this newly renovated family orientated home.

The first floor has an open floor plan with a spacious living area leading to an open back lawn.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities, such as: a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and any cookware and drinkware you may need.

The living room has a sofa which can be converted to a sofa bed. There is also a Smart TV. On the TV, there are many streaming devices including Prime Video, YouTube TV, Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc. After a long day of adventures, feel free to unwind, log into your account, and get that "TV Chill Time" going!

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms with lots of space! We are always trying to add new additions to our property so our guests can have a more comfortable stay.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed.
A sofa bed in the living room can be used if needed.

The house can comfortably host 7 people with the sofa bed in the living room. If you party is larger than 7 people, I have another property across the street. Please check out my listing page if needed.

Guest access
Lake Berkley Resort can be easily navigated by guests by walking. Due to the abundant amount of sidewalks, guests can easily walk from one place to another.

Guests have access to the shared heated swimming pools, hot tub, gym, BBQ, club-house and nearby quiet hiking trails.

Other than the things mentioned above, our home is also equipped with:

Other things to note

The extra blankets, pillows are available for Guests who are staying for a longer period of time. We also provide our guests with mini shampoo, mini soap, dish sponges, paper towels, and toilet paper.
