This kitchen is fit for any who’s ready to cook! This fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for your dining needs and more. You are featuring a kitchen island, counter space, and appliances. All kitchen essentials are included so you can cook as if you`re in your own kitchen. A coffee maker and a kettle are provided to ensure you start every day off on the right foot before heading out to explore the city.

Our brightly lit decorated living area is perfect for gathering to watch TV or catching up with your family! Tastefully decorated with modern accents a cozy designer rug, and settle in and make yourself at home! Feel free to lounge on our lovely couches

PATIO AND POOL

Through the sliding patio door, you`re steps away from the kitchen. The backyard features a pool and spa for a fun water day. We`ve got a lovely patio set for you to absorb some rays on; We also have a grill with a complete set, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat and enjoying the day with family and friends.

HARRY POTTER THEMED-PLAYROOM

You don`t need to go into a theme park to have some good old fashion fun - the garage has been transformed into your private game room! Try your hand at Arcade, dual hoop basketball, and foosball table while listening to music or watching a movie on tv.

BEDROOMS

We have 5 bedrooms to choose from. Two bedrooms are themed Star Wars and Disney Princess, while the other three are carefully curated, so check them out before deciding! But don`t worry; every bedroom has comfortable mattresses and fresh bedsheets to ensure you get a good night`s rest.

Grill with utensils is available for rent upon request before you start your reservation. The Price is $30, including the cleaning fee. The propane tank is there, but the responsibility of the guest to fill it if they`d like to use it!

Please notify us in advance if you are planning to use the Pool Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is $130 for 3 nights or less and $160 for every 7 nights.

Note that the house pool/spa temperature is highly affected by climate and weather. Therefore, the pool heat may not work optimally when the outside temperature goes below 65F.

In case you have a party in our house and it is dirtier than normal, you will be charged extra, depending on the time and cleaning products that our cleaning team dedicates. This rule also applies to our pool area.

IMPORTANT: Please refrain from downloading any illegal content that might infringe copyright material. This will send an alert to our internet provider, and we will lose our service.

The community has a quiet time which is from 10 pm to 7 am, please don`t make a lot of noise during those hours and avoid security or police visiting you.

Community under Construction you may encounter some truck obstruction and dust. The house is fully ready, but others are under construction.

We want your stay to be a magical experience! Please treat this as your home away from home and fully utilize all available amenities.

From I-4, take the exit 64A for US-192 and head east. Storey Lake will be on your left about 4 miles up the road.

Alternative: From I-4, take Exit 65 for Osceola Parkway East. Follow Osceola Parkway heading east, and Storey Lake will be on your right about 4 miles up the road

Alternative: From I-4, take Exit 68 for SR 535. Head South on 535 and turn left onto Osceola parkway about 3-4 miles down the road. After turning left onto Osceola Parkway, stay to the right and Storey Lake will be on the right about a quarter mile up the road!

- Is there a fee for using the grill?
Yes! There is a $30 cleaning fee to clean the grill. The propane tank is there, but the responsibility of the guest to fill it if they`d like to use it!

- What is the fee for pool heat?
Hot tub (Spa) heat is $75 for 3 nights or less and $125 for every 7 nights
Pool heat and Hot tub heat together will be $130 for 3 nights and $160 for every 7 nights

- Are the community pools heated year-round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!

- What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.

- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes, and the activities change monthly!

- Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults (Prices may
change**). Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are
specials too.

- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.

- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.

- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
