The space

The studio is thoughtfully laid out to feel open and welcoming without sacrificing coziness. Two queen beds dressed in soft linens give the room a relaxed, settled feel despite the bold visual palette surrounding them. Custom lighting features and vibrant wall art make this far more than a standard room - every corner has been designed to create atmosphere. A wall-mounted TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker mean you can start your mornings in, recharge between park days, and keep late-night snacks sorted without stepping out.



Bathroom

The private bathroom takes a sleeker approach, offering a clean contrast to the playful studio beyond. You'll find hot water, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap included - everything you need to refresh after a full day out.



Community amenities

As part of the Legacy Grand community, you'll have access to a shared pool and on-site laundry - a great way to wind down after a day at the parks without going anywhere at all.



Location

Few studios put you this close to Orlando's biggest draws. Walt Disney World is roughly 10 minutes away, Disney Springs around 12, and Old Town Kissimmee about the same. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are both under 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and nearby restaurants and entertainment options mean you're never far from a good meal or a night out.



Practical details

The studio includes a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi - useful if you're mixing a trip with remote work. Free parking is available on premises. Self check-in via smart lock means a flexible, hassle-free arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. To start you off, the studio is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, and dish soap - for extended stays, you'll want to restock along the way.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes:

* Starter Kit: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hand soap.. For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies.

* Safety: For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke alarms.
