The place is wonderful. Very safe and clean - for the price. We stayed a weeklong stay during Christmas and we paid and astronomic amount for the privilege. Many of the rooms are themed, very nice! I drooled at the home theater and the Spiderman backlit picture frame! The stay was great and the home did not disappoint. What was disappointing was service. To make changes of travel dates (way in advance) was a nightmare, host kept adding non-existing days to stay for an already expensive home, which added stress to what should have been a stress-less experience. Also, the security guest list verses amenities guest list. Although completed Day 1, I found myself fielding security gate issues weeks later for guests once again for not being let in at appropriate time, and having to reach out to host, which then had to reach out gate security. This time-consuming process was done for every guest on my pre-entered list weeks prior. In other words my stay was great! My service on this particular issue was not. We stayed during Christmas, so it was lengthy guest list. Sadly, this affected my stars above. This is a great place for the money! Just muster your expectations! Disney Rules!
