Great 4 bed, 3 bath house- close to fun attractions & eating places. Super neighborhood w/ park, walk/biking. Wi-fi & smart TV's. New bedding & linens. Full sized fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We also have amenities such as crock pot, air fryer, Keurig, and more. Enjoy breakfast on Lanai and watch kids swim. Security fence around pool -replace after. Security system in house indicates door opens.
Pool/Spa heat in summer included in rental thru November. Winter months Dec-April extra fee (ask for details)

The space
There are 2 king sized beds, two twin beds and a bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom with twin mattress on top! There are smart TV's in all 4 bedrooms, one in the living room, and lastly one in the garage/game room area.
AC works great. The master has a large bath and separate shower, and the other king sized bedroom also has a private bathroom with shower (no tub).
The kids room and other room share a bathroom.
Kitchen has utensils and pans, plates, cups, bowls etc., and two types of coffee makers. Living room has sectional couch and recliner.
Keypad code for the front door will be sent to you on your arrival date. Complete with Wi-fi too. Pool area is screened and fenced around it so very private for your family.
We have a BBQ gas grill for an extra gas and cleaning fee

There is a two car driveway. No Parking on street or on grass!
The washer and dryer are accessible in laundry room off of kitchen.
Other things to note
Heating the lighted pool and spa for night swimming and winter swimming is available. $30.00/per night for pool and hot tub. The jets are on a timer for an hour at a time and the spa can be heated to 102 degrees- SOOO relaxing for after a long day at Parks! There are two hair blow dryers for guests, one in the master and one in the guest bath, also an iron. We have a couple beach sized towels for the pool, please bring your own to be sure there are enough for larger families. Pool has night lights on a timer by the gate.
Nearby you will find plenty of shopping, fine dining, casual restaurants, and much more. Places to visit include Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios Parks, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Wet n Wild Water Park, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, Blizzard beach, Discovery cove, Disney springs, golf, guided fishing, hiking, picnic areas, and many other attractions are just minutes away.
