This is an entire townhome with ample parking right in front of the property, private entrance, and small private pool and patio under a screen room. This home has four full bedrooms and three full bathrooms in addition to a small play area for children. Your kitchen comes with all cooking necessities such as pots and pans, glassware and bakeware, utensils, blender, and much more, including a complimentary Waffle Bar for your family to enjoy! You can choose to eat at the counter height bar, formal dining table, or on the patio. The property is modern, well kept and clean, and offers amenities you can’t find in most rentals like a custom pool area wall for the best vacation photos, life jackets and puddle jumpers for kids, wagon, stroller, and beach towels. We are located right off Osceola Parkway and Vineland Road in a gated community with 24/7 security. The neighborhood features mainly rental properties and caters to vacationers. Wal Mart, Target, Publix, convenience stores, and ample shopping are within a 1.5 mile radius.

Parking is ample and right out front of the home. We highly recommend renting a car during your stay. The clubhouse provides golf cart pick up and drop off to and from community areas, if needed.
Guests are asked to place trash in the outdoor receptacles before check out, as well as beginning a dishwasher load of used dishes and laundry load of used towels. Detergents and garbage bags are provided.
