* The community recently started charging a $20 per car access/resort fee. We do not agree with this, and they do not enforce it, so we`ll leave it up to you if you want to purchase the access card. (It makes going through the gate faster. Otherwise, you`ll just show your name at the guard gate for access. You can also just purchase one, and share it with other traveling in other cars)

POOL HEATING

* $55 per day and must be added for the entire stay.
* Must be added to your reservation before arrival.
* Pool heat is only available for the entire stay because it takes time to heat and maintain the water temperature. Daily activation or deactivation is not available.
* We recommend requesting pool heat at least 48 hours before arrival.
* Temperature is set to approximately 86°F. Heating performance may vary during colder weather.

Pool Disclaimer:
Although we set the pool temperature to approximately 86°F, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. During cold fronts or winter months, pool heaters may not be able to maintain the same temperature due to outdoor weather conditions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to activate or deactivate pool heat on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heating. If a technical issue prevents the heater from operating, you will be refunded only for the period the heating service was unavailable.

POOL WEEKLY SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure proper water quality. Please do not be alarmed if you see a technician servicing the pool. Service is typically on Thursday or Friday.

BBQ GRILL

* $69 for the entire stay.
* Includes one propane tank.
* Must be requested before arrival.
* Please clean the grill grates after each use using the provided grill brush and turn off the propane after use.

EARLY CHECK-IN (Subject to Availability)

* 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: $100
* 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: $55

HOUSE RULES:

* Enjoy yourselves!
* Place all trash in the carts outside by the garage.
* Do not leave doors or windows open.
* Report any damage immediately.
* No shoes, food, or drinks in the bedrooms or loft area.
* No pets.
* No parties or gatherings larger than the confirmed reservation.
* No tape, adhesives, or sticky items on walls or furniture.
* Return all remote controls to their assigned rooms.
* Remove all food and personal belongings before departure.

The entire home is accessible.

Terra Verde Resort amenities and clubhouse:
This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including a lakeside beach clubhouse featuring a large resort-style swimming pool with tiki bar, relaxing hammocks and lounge chairs, fitness center, arcade, mini golf, basketball court, and more.

The community offers an optional $20 per vehicle access card for faster gate entry. Guests may also access the community by providing their name to the security guard.
- The most important rule: Relax and enjoy yourselves. :)
- Place all trash and trash bags in trash containers out front near the garage.
- We know you`re on vacation, but we would appreciate that you place dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you check out.
- Please place used towels in washing machine and run washing machine before you check out. We`ll do the rest.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep. ;)
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- If using the BBQ grill, please turn off the propane tank after using the grill, and please clean the grates with grill brush after every uses. This helps us maintain the grill.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.

- Owners and property management are not responsible for accidents or injury
- All persons using pool swim at their own risk
- No running or fowl play
- No diving
- No glass or food in or near the pool. Please use plastic
- No specific pool temperature is guaranteed
- Children should always be supervised
- Please do not touch pool filter, settings and equipment
- Pool is serviced once a week, please don`t be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking the pool.

COMMUNITY RULES:
Terra Verde Resort employs a team of safety professionals to help maintain a positive vacation experience for all guests. The patrol monitors noise complaints, parties, improperly parked vehicles, and suspicious activity. Roving Patrol 7pm-3am

Parking Enforcement:
- Do not park on or block any driveways
- Street parking is allowed in front of your rental home. Do not park on the grass. Please Note: repair costs for damaged sprinklers will be passed on to the guest.
- Avoid blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs and fire hydrants.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV`s, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community.

WIFI/CABLE/INTERNET:
We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since we have no control over this.
*If you are experiencing an issue, on the TV console in the living room, switch the modem power off and count to 10. Then, turn back on.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
USPS packages will not be delivered to the house. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc may not deliver to the door either, and is suggested that you find a nearby pickup location.
