◆ The pool does not have a child safety screen. Please keep a close eye on children at all times and take extra precautions for everyone’s safety.
◆ Starter Kit: This is a self-catering home, and we provide a convenient starter kit to help you settle in. Each bathroom includes 2 toilet rolls and travel-size toiletries. In the kitchen, you’ll find 1 paper towel roll, 5 trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, and 2 laundry pods. We’ve also included a complimentary 2.5 oz coffee bag, 4 organic cane sugar sticks and 2 creamers to enjoy at the start of your stay.
◆ Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to your arrival, the villa will be professionally cleaned and inspected, with fresh sheets and towels provided.
◆ Clubhouse: Please note, the Encore Reunion West Clubhouse is a private facility and not included with guest stays at this villa.
