The dining room has a 6-seat dining table in additional to the bar stool style seating at the counter. There is also a table outside, under the covered area of the pool deck, with seating for 6.
The private pool overlooks the lake and is furnished with 2 pool loungers, and a dining set for you and your family to enjoy the sunny Florida weather. Directly behind the pool deck there a beautiful lake.
The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom containing double sinks, a spacious stand-up shower, and garden tub.
Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 features two twin beds and a flat screen TV.
There is an additional bathroom located in the hallway near bedroom 3.

Parking Notes: Parking is in the driveway, which is 15X24 feet and holds 2 cars. Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street, blocking any portion of the sidewalk, or parked on the grass are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Commercial vehicles and trailers are also prohibited.

Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided.
