Summary:

This spacious two-story in Storey Lake Resort is ideal for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 18 guests. Enjoy with 24/7 gated security and access to two fantastic Clubhouses, featuring a fitness center, day spa, bar, pool, lazy river, slides, children's play area, and more. The unit boasts a private pool, a family, and game room for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, and we provide towels, linens, Wi-Fi, basic cable, and TVs. Free parking is included.



The Space:

Welcome to this luxurious and spacious two-story single-family home, designed to make you feel right at home. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this professionally furnished residence comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests.



First Floor:

The open-concept living area features a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a bar with stools—ideal for meals or happy hour. Relax in the stylish living room with a 70" Smart TV, or gather in the elegant dining room that seats 10. For fun and entertainment, enjoy the Marvel-themed game room, complete with a pool table, mini foosball table, bar tables, and another 70" Smart TV.



First floor Master Suites:

This home boasts two delightful master suites. The first features a king bed, a 50" Smart TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a tub. The second master suite also includes a king bed, a 50" Smart TV, a closet, and a similarly appointed bathroom.



Outdoor Areas:

Step outside to your private, heated, screened swimming pool with a spa, surrounded by comfortable pool chairs and a dining area. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the sun or enjoy meals al fresco by the poolside.



Second Floor:

The second floor is home to a cozy living room, perfect for movie nights with a 70" Smart TV and a plush sectional sofa. There’s also a workstation with a desk and chair for your convenience.



You'll find seven beautifully designed bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs. Three of the bedrooms feature king beds, closets, and 50" Smart TVs, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Two thematic bedrooms each have two full beds, while a charming Mickey Mouse-themed room includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Finally, the whimsical giant American Indian bedroom is a dream come true for kids, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds with trundles and adorable Indian tents!



Additional Amenities:

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, bathroom towels, linens, pool towels, and a full-sized washer and dryer located upstairs. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for little ones.



As a courtesy, we supply a welcome kit with toiletries and cleaning essentials, including dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo. Please note that we will not restock these items during your stay.



For security, a Ring camera is located next to the front door.



EXTRA FEES:

Pets: Welcome! The pet fee is $150 per pet per stay.

Pool Heating: $30 per day for the duration of your stay. Please notify us in advance, as heating takes approximately two days.

Barbecue: $50 for your entire stay, which includes the propane tank and cleaning.



HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

-Leave the inflatables outside the pool when you depart.

-Use the BBQ in the grass area at the side, never in the cover/ceiling area, and return it to the original place when you leave.



Feel free to enjoy the Clubhouse if you arrive before check-in time.



Other Things to Note:

COVID-19 Update

In accordance with the governor's executive order, gatherings on the property are limited to the maximum occupancy specified for this unit. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in immediate eviction without compensation, and you may be reported to local authorities by neighbors or the HOA. Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the property.



Please note that all units in this complex are privately owned. The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings that are not claimed within 24 hours of checkout. By accepting this reservation, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of the facilities.



In the event of a storm or hurricane, refunds will only be issued if local or state authorities mandate evacuations in a storm warning area or issue a mandatory evacuation order. Should such an order occur, we will reimburse any unused portion of the rental for current guests, guests wishing to shorten their stay, or those scheduled to arrive after the evacuation order is lifted.

At Storey Lake Resort, you can take advantage of two fantastic Clubhouses. The first, located near the condo area, features a gym, lazy river, putt-putt course, tiki bar, and restaurant, with kayak rentals available. The second Clubhouse, situated in the reserve area, offers a pool, another lazy river, a pirate-themed playground, basketball court, ping pong tables, a business center, and a full-service restaurant/bar, along with an ice cream shop—everything you need for the ultimate vacation!



Just outside the community, you’ll find a Super Target and a 24-hour Walmart, along with a strip mall featuring Publix and other stores. A wide range of dining options, from popular chain restaurants to fine dining, is just minutes away.
