Every bedroom in the house also includes a 75-inch TV, allowing all guests to enjoy their own private entertainment space.

The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bedrooms, and everything needed for a convenient and memorable stay in Orlando.

Parking

The property includes private parking for up to 3 vehicles in front of the home.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including:

• Kitchen
• Living rooms
• Bedrooms
• Pool and hot tub
• BBQ area
• Private parking

Check-in is self-service using a lockbox located at the entrance to the house, where you will find the key to enter the home.

Please note that some maintenance or owner storage closets may remain locked.

Pool Heating

🔥 Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

• Cost: $45 per day for the entire stay
• Must be requested before arrival so we can activate the system in advance.

BBQ Use

🍖 BBQ grill usage

• One-time fee: $50 per stay
• Guests must leave the BBQ clean and in the same condition as when it was received

If the BBQ is not cleaned after use, an additional cleaning fee of $75 will apply.

Quiet Hours

🌙 To respect the neighbors and community rules:

• No loud noise after 11:00 PM

Pool Safety Rules

🏊 For the safety of all guests:

• Do not run around the pool area
• Do not use glass bottles or glass cups near the pool
• Children must always be supervised by an adult

No Smoking

🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Smoking inside the home will result in a cleaning penalty fee $300.

Transportation Services

🚗 If you need transportation similar to Uber or private rides, we work with a group of trusted drivers available at any time.

We can also help coordinate airport pick-up or drop-off if needed.

Typical transportation rates:

• Regular car: $50
• XL vehicle: $75

Payment is made directly to the driver.

Check-Out Instructions

🧹 Before leaving the property, please:

• Take all trash outside and place it in the trash container
• Turn off all lights
• Set the air conditioning to 75°F
• Return the keys to the lockbox
• Place all used towels in the laundry area

Late Check-Out

⏰ Late check-out is available only upon request and subject to availability.

• Cost: $75
• Check-out is permitted until 12:30 PM

Please request this in advance, as we need to coordinate additional cleaning staff to prepare the home for the next guest.

If you went shopping during your stay, please make sure all shopping boxes and trash are placed in the outdoor trash area before departure.
