This Brand New Luxurious 8 Bedroom 5 Bathroom Private Residence in the Exclusive Champions Gate Golf Resort has been Carefully Designed and Thoughtfully Equipped to Accommodate Any Large group or Family. This Home provides several over-sized living areas including a Family TV Loft Lounge and Game Room with Pool & Foosball Table. Or Sit Back and Enjoy Movies on your Big Screen TV's with Plenty of Comfortable Seating for EVERYONE! Your Chefs Kitchen comes with Top of the Line Appliances and Includes everything you need to create amazing meals during your stay as you wish. Enjoy Outdoor Living in the Screened Patio with a Large Private Swimming Pool and Spa. The Pool may be Heated for an Additional Cost of $60 for your entire stay. The layout of this home is Exceptional. The First Floor has 2 Master Suites with King Sized Beds and En-Suite Baths. We were very much looking forward to our vacation at this property. The house looked perfect in the pictures and was very nice but definitely needs some work done. When we arrived the downstairs was a toasty 77 degrees and when I contacted the property owner that evening it wasn’t until two days later at 9:00pm that the person showed up to fix the air conditioning. There was a yellow jacket infestation above the outside of the garage that I let her know about also at the same time and even sent a picture and that was still there when we left eight days later. I let her know on Sunday that the jets on the hot tub were not working correctly. I let her know again on Wednesday and was told she was going to contact her pool company to have someone come out. We were there until Sunday morning and no one ever showed up. In the master bathroom that leads out to the pool area there was a lot of dead bugs laying around in the shower, tub, around the sinks and at the door coming in from the outside. Piece of plaster had fallen from the ceiling in one of the upstairs bedroom and was lying on the floor when we got there. Dishwasher didn’t work but she did have a serviceman come out and get that fixed. For the money that we spent to stay here and the extra for the pool heat, we were expecting the house to be in much better condition. I understand things come up unexpectedly but obviously with the bugs and plaster on the floor no one had been into check the house before we arrived.

This location was excellent! It provided enough space to spend time and make great memories with our large family. It was super clean and well decorated. The host was attentive and supportive. This particular property didn’t come with a grill, but the owner was nice enough to loan us his personal grill. The checkin process was super smooth and parking was not a problem. I would definitely stay again!

The house has an amazing layout for multiple families to stay comfortably. The kids loved the themed rooms and pool. The host was very responsive and we would for sure stay again!

Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Layout of home was excellent for our group of 15. Needs a bit of updating: outdoor cushions were torn, sink in downstairs bathroom cracked, freezer handle came off - all minor issues that didn’t affect our stay.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful experience. The location is Great. The home is beautiful and it matches the pictures. There were no surprises and we will definitely come back! We really enjoyed the home! One suggestion would be to add a Keurig machine. We had to purchase one.

Nice and spacious

Very minor issues that were taken care of right away. The kitchen is fully stock with utensils and pots and pans the most I’ve seen in rentals. Just bring all you need for bathroom and toiletries. House is very spacious and nice.

FIVE STARS! Great Host

Our stay was for 3+ weeks and were very happy with our accommodations. It had all the extras that you might not expect in a rental home: pool toys, hair dryer, extra towels, hangers in closets, usable garage, etc. The home was spacious, clean, and excellently decorated, adding to the ambiance of the property; giving it a nice warm, cozy feeling. The check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The pool was kept in excellent condition and maintained regularly. The table/chairs on deck were regularly used when dining outside during afternoon showers and the deck loungers were very comfortable. We spent a great deal of time outside on the deck and in the pool, so that was important to our stay. I can’t recommend the pool amenity enough!! I’ve learned to always rent from a Premier Host (like this property); it makes all the difference. (In the past, I’ve stayed in dumps!! Those “non-Premier” owners saw the property as a way to make money and wouldn’t keep up w/ maintenance, appliances, structure, or issues; squeezing every last penny out of the rental, & taking their time resolving any issues, if they even resolved it.) This Host cares, and as expected, any issues that we had were quickly attended to and resolved. The Host did an excellent job making us feel welcome and stayed in touch during our long visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a spacious home that is well maintained, decorated thoughtfully, and has a mindful Host.

Exactly as advertised, nice stay

We had family and two small kids for a Christmas stay. Everything in the home was exactly as advertised. The maid must’ve missed a couple of wrappers in one bathroom, other than that the home was very clean. Many other families had the same idea, the homes on the street were full with visiting families as well. Nice stay!

Broken promises

House is great for a large group but too many broken items that should have been fixed prior to checking in and the owner should have been aware. She'll blame someone else but she should check on it. She may even claim that she let us check in early, which we didn't, and that she didn't have time to fix. That's BS because when I notified her she pretended she didn't know about these items. Cabinet door broken...just needed a screw. Drawer broken almost fell on someone's foot and could have broken their foot. You could tell that it had been glued several times and the maintenance guy came and said it had only been glued on. Just fell off the second time we opened it. That same drawer has no back to it so everything in the drawer slides to the back and falls to the cabinet below. The door handle fell off the door of one of the bathrooms. The shower rack fell off the wall in one of the bathrooms. There were ants in one of the bedrooms and the air conditioning didn't cool the upstairs. The owner was notified the morning of the next day after checking in. Someone came to fix the air...just needed a filter. She claimed that they spray for spiders and ants and told me we shouldn't eat upstairs. We hadn't eaten upstairs and hadn't been there 24 hours before noticing the ants. So I could tell that she was trying to put the blame on us. She said the premises are always checked after each guest checkout. That's a big lie because that cabinet door just fell right off and the drawer fell apart. They just propped them up. Ping Pong balls instead of the the correct balls for the foosball table. I will never rent from this owner again. It was so awful and the things that needed to be repaired were easy repairs. The laziness and crappy upkeep had us concerned about how clean anything was. So we stripped the beds and washed the sheets because we were afraid that they didn't wash between guests stays. We had to wash all the plates and utensils before using because we didn't believe they washed them before we got there. If you walked across the floor barefoot, and you looked at the bottom of your feet, they were black....just dirty. This owner is either lazy/cheap or cannot afford the upkeep. Someone came in and put a screw in the cabinet...that was an easy fix, took the drawer and nothing else was repaired. Someone will respond to this with lies. Don't believe her. These were the worst accommodations I've ever experienced.
