Extremely dirty…Overall, the property is fine, it’s spacious and has a great location. But it was so filthy, starting with the furniture in the living room and kitchen countertop chairs ending with overall floor dirtiness. The coffee machine was so dirty that even after cleaning it, we were disgust to use it. The glass table in the dining area was broken and almost cause an accident with a kid. Kitchen appliances are broken. Kitchen knives is broken dishwasher not washing the dishes at all. For six days staying there they gave us three packs of dishwasher detergent. One roll of paper towel very bad quality which last only two days. Only three trash bags for 6 days and 13 guests, it’s ridiculous. When you rent a house instead of going to hotel, you wanna feel yourself like home unfortunately all these little inconveniences spoil our staying. I believe it was a very nice place at the beginning, butI don’t recommend anyone staying there right now.

This stay was incredibly disappointing & stressful for my family. We arrived excited only to find multiple areas of the home unclean and unsanitary. The sofas & kitchen chairs were so dirty that we could not use them at all. Traveling with children, including a toddler, this was heartbreaking, as she couldn’t understand why she wasn’t allowed to sit or relax in the home we were temporarily living in. Despite paying a cleaning fee, I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the floors and counters myself just to make the home feel minimally livable. To make matters worse, there was an ongoing ant problem, including ants on the kitchen counters & in the bathrooms. An exterminator had to be called during our stay. When we raised these concerns, they were dismissed even after providing videos. Vrbo tried to reach the host multiple times w/o success. When contact was finally made, the host claimed she could not hear the Vrbo agent. The situation became even more concerning when the heat did not work on two of the coldest nights, with temperatures inside around 48 degrees. Despite having children our messages about the lack of heat were ignored. During a 3way call through Vrbo the host appeared irritated and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests needing help. We received a 70 reimbursement for 1 night without heat but it did little to offset the stress discomfort & loss of enjoyment. This experience took away from what should've been meaningful family time.

All of the kitchen chairs were filthy/unsanitary. I was told it's from years of use.

the pictures make it look much better than it was. the furniture is disgusting.

The property was exactly as expected. My kids were obsessed with the pool and we had so much space to spread out it was awesome. Definitely looking at this place next time we are in ORL

Ideal Experience

This property is well-maintained, clean, conveniently located, and had everything we needed for our family stay. Safe location and very convenient to nearby grocery stores and food. We stayed here as part of our Disney vacation and had an easy drive into the parks and a nice place to relax in the evening. Appreciated that the property includes a table that would seat all 10 of us, and enough couch space to watch movies at night.

Almost perfect

Great property, perfect for our family. Issues with refrigerator all week were addressed but not corrected. Our phones for some reason had poor internet connectivity inside the house even using cellular data which may have contributed to difficulties communicating with property management. Not sure.

Great for Disney getaway

There were 10 of us here in total with 6 young children (under 8). Pool was a great win all around. Also very good distance to all Disney parks, and target/public really close as well as other places for food The house is beautiful. Saw some previous reviews mention the cleanliness/ quality of pillows & bedding. Absolutely not the case for us. House was lovely and clean and they are some of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Some things didn't really live up to expectation though. - Picture shows 10 chairs around the dining table, part of the reason we booked it, only 9 when we arrived - a lot of the power sockets were not working. Only a handful that we could use for EVERYTHING (iPads, phones, kettle, toaster etc...) - even though I messaged in the week before (and had paid the full amount due) host left it until the night before arrival to send a form that I needed to sign along with providing Id and card pictures. That night we stayed in a hotel and the internet was sketchy. Felt this could have been sent a few days prior to avoid any last minute panic - the houses are quite close together and we found the people staying in the neighbouring houses were loud. If people sat by their pool talking you can hear in the room by the pool. Unfortunately the night prior to leaving a nearby hoise had a party and the noise level was ridiculous. It went on until at least 5.30am. We didn't feel comfortable calling 911. -wifi didn't work for 1 night

Great location but needs some TLC

The property is great for large families. Also, a perfect alternative to staying at the parks. The subdivision water park was very nice and clean. The property itself just needs some TLC. Not bad overall, but needs a deep cleaning. Restocking of proper pillows and pillowcases, painting. We advised the company and they did replace pillows and cases within 48 hours. This rental would be a 5 rating with a little cleaning and paint and routine maintenance.

Shockingly Dirty :(

The location and the sheer amount of bedrooms and bathrooms almost make this VRBO perfect. Unfortunately though, this place is really really dirty. All of the furniture is falling apart, there are giant stains all over the couch, one of the cushions is just open couch foam. There was black mold on the outdoor furniture, white stains on the blanket upstairs, and the bottoms of our feet were black after walking around without shoes on. One of the beds had a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, all of the mattresses were very cheap and the linens were worse. If you’re coming for Disney, it’s worth the extra to stay on property or at a different rental.

Perfect family house!

This was a fantastic property- the rooms were perfect for our two young kids and the house easily fit four adults in the other bedrooms with one room to spare. The pool was perfect and the clubhouse, though it’s a five minute drive away, is great. We were already planning to book here again as we concluded our stay!

Wonderful home

Large home perfectly situated in the middle of all the fun in central Florida! Close to grocery stores and a Target is right around the corner. Well appointed home with lots of space. Fun bedrooms for the kids and a large eating area. We didn't use the pool since it was in November, but the patio is enclosed and would be great in the warmer months. We were stuck in the house during a tropical storm, but with plenty of space, our family of nine people didn't mind the casual day inside. Great communication from the host and easy to access.

Perfect location

Overall our stay was fine. There were some things that need improvement. The location in proximity to stores and disney world parks is perfect. It is a little farther from the pool area than we usually prefer. This is a very large complex. They did provide a pack n play and kids dishes which was great. However there is not 1 single pan to be used in the oven. This house has 5 bedrooms with atleast 1 themed for children, children who typically love fries and chicken nuggets, we need a baking pan. Also, the kitchen table and coffee table are not kid friendly. They are glass with pointy corners. The kitchen table has a sharp metal piece on the under side that I cut my leg on twice, we then put a bandaid over the metal. There are lots of dirt and markings over the walls, not a game changer but aesthically displeasing. There are a few light bulbs that need to be changed. The lights would turn on and then flicker off after 20 minutes. The pool table sticks had broken tips. The most annoying thing about staying here is that there is terrible cell service so wifi is a necessity. Well the wifi did not work for the first 3 days. I was able to contact someone when we left the house but then did not receive the response until the next day due to no service. When the company came to fix it they told us it's known that cell service here is terrible. Since we stayed here for our disney vacation I had to get up early to go to Starbucks down the rode 3 mornings in a row to book genie +, this was highly frustrating. Overall, the house for the price was a bit disappointing but once the wifi was fixed it served its purpose for sleeping there while enjoying the parks. There are a lot of little things that need to taken care of.

This villa was perfect for our trip, was enough room for all the people in our party. Was a short drive to the Disney parks, and any stores we needed throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice neighborhood and easy to go to the Disney parks

Nice house, well located! Easy to check in, instructions were clear and complete. The pool was not heated unless you pay…..the furniture (patio set, bar tools) were not pretty clean…..Beds linens and towels were clean and fresh and beds are comfortable. Not easy to cook as you need to buy EVERYTHING, even salt and pepper and coffee filter. As for the toilet paper, one roll per bathroom so you have to buy everything and do not know what to do with the rest as we can’t fly it back home.

Very nice, clean and comfortable.

The process was so easy and all information including door code, wifi and house instructions was received in a timely manner before trip. Its a nice place to relax and the neighbors was respectful and friendly. Some of my family stayed in different areas a few miles away and their experience was not good. This is a good place to stay.

Hurricane Ian Getaway

We were evacuated from treasure island and was in need of a place to stay to ride out hurricane Ian. We had a rapid response from management to stay the same day of booking. Was a great safe place to stay. The only complaint we had was to go through the kitchen and updated a few things that were broken like can opener, cutting boards. Furniture chairs could use a cleaning. Other than that it is as a great neighborhood and convenient to everything.

Our Away Home

This house was all we expected and more. The owners thought out what their guests would need and made it available. We did have one minor issue and it was reported, and our owners had the matter fixed it in two hours. We loved our stay.

A beautiful Villa and area which provided the backdrop to a perfect family holiday!

Where to start…we absolutely fell in love with this property! Upon arriving at Storey Lake it becomes apparent very quickly just how nice of an area it is. The whole complex is a picturesque backdrop for a family holiday with a very large Target and eating options less than 10 minutes walk from this particular Villa. There is also a clubhouse bar, lazy river, mini golf etc for all guests but we didn’t get to use this as we had my Mum with us and she cannot walk long distances and this was far from our property though it did look really nice. The Villa itself was stunning. There were 5 adults staying during our trip and it was more than spacious for all of us. The Villa was clean and really nicely presented and we really did fall in love with it. For us it is the kind of place that became such a large part/memory of our holiday that we can’t stop thinking about it now. It housed so many happy memories for us that we’ll never forget. It was very hard to say goodbye…but as long as we can afford to we’ll be back. 2751 Bookmark Drive is at the very top of our list! So it’s not goodbye, it’s cya later!
