Booked for 30Dec19-09Jan20 through INSIGHT Management for this property. Two of us along with our elderly mothers. Booking was great, pre-information was a little lacking but not a big deal. Place was nicely furnished, beds comfy and very new. Most dishes set out on display had to be washed again to use ... not a big deal, that's what a dishwasher is for. There was a plug in kitchen not working and a hole in the wall from another plug that had been removed by stove, again not a big deal. On 02Jan20 we found the clothes washer would not run (it was also unplugged so thinking someone knew prior to us coming). The breaker was flipped and would not reset. INSIGHT Management booked someone on 02Jan20 to look at it on 07Jan20 (5 days after request and 2 days before we left) - that person never showed up and NO call from INSIGHT to see how we were doing and if someone came to look at washer. Emailed 08Jan20 again as we had to attend a laundromat on 2 occasions to have enough towels and do our own laundry. INSIGHT emailed back on 09Jan20 (day we left) saying sorry we did not have a pleasant stay and would forward to management. I messaged INSIGHT again on 16Jan20 (7 days after we left) as I had not heard from them ... and they still have not responded. Wow, alot of money with little thought for the client to make their stay a pleasant one. Messaged on a separate feed to INSIGHT to talk to the OWNER of the property and they said no as they were the contact. If I was the owner I would like to know what happened. Will not book again with any property INSIGHT Management handles in the future.
