Our modern fully upgraded Condo(2Br/2Ba) in Windsor Hills is so close to Disney - it will take you only about 5 mins to get to the Walt Disney World Gates!
The condo has a master suite that boasts a luxurious high-quality king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and an oversized closet for storing away your belongings. There is also a flat-screen Smart TV and an iPod dock/alarm clock.
The highlight of the Condo is the wonderful Mickey and Friends-themed family bedroom with 2 new full-size beds. The Mickey-themed family bathroom will make getting the family ready to hit the parks for the day a breeze! There is also a 50" flat-screen TV, an XBOX One S (with two controllers), and an IPOD dock/alarm clock.
The living area of the condo is spacious and open with lots of new updates, such as new cushions, curtains, rug, and newly installed laminate flooring. There is also a brand new 55" Samsung 4K Smart Ultra HDTV and a Blu-ray player with a nice selection of movies for the whole family to relax and enjoy after visiting the parks. Access to the screened-in lanai is from the living room. The dining area has also been updated with seating now for up to six, and a brand new Allen + Roth chandelier above the dining table that adds an elegant look for enjoying family meals.
The modern upgraded Granite Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities listed below:

Nest Doorbell Camera:
There’s a doorbell camera to check for arrivals and departures and for housekeeping services. Please note: The cameras are NOT monitored.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
Like all vacation rentals in the Orlando area, our condo is a "self-catered" vacation home. Guests are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper goods, and other personal items for their use.
The following starter supplies will be provided in the unit before the guest’s arrival.
• One toilet paper roll per bathroom
• One small bar of soap per bathroom
• One roll of kitchen paper towels
• Starter coffee packet
• One dish sponge
• One small bottle of dish soap
• One dishwasher detergent tab
• One laundry detergent sample
• One trash bag in each receptacle
Any food left behind by the guest, including condiments, non-perishable items, and spices, will be discarded to comply with the Florida State Regulations.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 4 PM (or later)
Check-out time: 10 AM
VALET TRASH PICKUP:
There is valet pickup 6 days a week (other than Wednesdays) from the trash receptacle (bench) outside our front door.
Make sure to enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the bench. Trash may not be left outside OR on the bench. Loose trash will not be picked up. Excess trash that does not fit inside the bench should be disposed of at the nearest dumpster.
CLEANING:
Our home is cleaned and inspected by professional cleaners before your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate. If you require mid-stay cleans, please let us know, so we can give you an updated quote depending on the number of mid-stay cleans you require.
