Less than 8 minutes to Disney's Animal Kingdom

3 bedroom 2 bath near Disney(less than 5 miles). The unit is not available during renovations so you can be the the first to stay at our completely remodeled unit! We hope to be available summer or fall 2020. If you need space more than you need total luxury this may just be the perfect spot for you. It is a super duper clean, large unit slightly over 2000 sq foot including the lanai. We also have handicap access to the home with a wheelchair ramp.

The unit has a completely new kitchen. Though sparsely decorated it contains everything needed and then some for a family of 4 plus two kids to have everything they need. From towels to pots and pans down to the smallest item like a potato peeler, we have it all. And we have all new cutlery, no need to bring your own! So
though it is basic with freshly painted white real drywall walls and not a lot of decor, it is a great value! The unit sits on a pond with fantastic view of nature from the very large lanai, the range of birds alone is worth spending time in back. You can also grab a rod and do some fishing, bass and other fish are caught every single day only 20 feet from our back door! And if shore fishing from our rear pond isn't for you it's only a short walk or bike ride to the large lake for fishing off the pier.

During your down time we have an 75" LG TV, a 70" LG TV and Roku 55" TV's in every room, all with super hi resolution 4K UHD for a picture than will blow you away. Full 4K Xbox gaming for the kids on their own 70" TV in their own space separate from the main living room. There is washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. HUE lighting throughout, as well as the security camera views of OUTSIDE ONLY.

Our community has 3 pools at two locations and the main clubhouse location has newly decorated bathrooms with a 100% hotel feel. The clubhouse, tennis courts, paddle ball and basketball courts are all adjacent to a large lake. Raccoon Lake has a fishing pier and is only a 2 minute bike ride or 5 minute walk from the home. We have two new beach bicycles for your use as well.

This unit is in an ultra quiet area and seems off on its own, but is very close to Disney and many other activities. It is only 3 to 5 minutes to the new Margaritaville Resort and H2O Water park. We have gated and drive around security for your safety as well.
