💬 ASK US ABOUT EARLY BIRD & LAST-MINUTE SAVINGS

Planning ahead or booking last-minute? Either way, it's worth a quick message before you book:

Booking 3+ months out? Ask about our early-bird savings — the further ahead you plan, the more you save.

Arriving within the next 14 days? Ask about last-minute pricing for your dates.

Just send us a message through VRBO before booking and we'll see what we can do for your family's dates. It only takes a moment — and it could leave a little more in the budget for the parks.

The Orlando villa where the resort is part of the vacation.

ChampionsGate Magical Villa — an 8-bedroom, 5-bath vacation home just 10 miles from Walt Disney World in ChampionsGate, FL, with a private pool, home theater, game room, and complimentary access to two resort waterparks.

Plenty of rentals have the square footage. Fewer are run by owners who treat every stay as a reflection of their own family. ChampionsGate Magical Villa is owner-operated by a family who has vacationed in homes just like this — so they know what a group of 17 really needs after a long travel day. Our local manager keeps the home spotless and ready, every essential in place, the kind of first impression that sets the tone for the whole trip.

🛏️ THE BEDROOMS — 8BR / 5 BATH / SLEEPS 17

Eight bedrooms in total: five king bedrooms and three kids' bedrooms. Nobody shares a room unless they choose to.

King bedrooms (5):

Master King — primary suite, private bathroom

King Bedroom 2 — beautifully furnished, quietly elegant

King Bedroom 3 — beautifully furnished, quietly elegant

King Bedroom 4 — beautifully furnished, quietly elegant

King Bedroom 5 — beautifully furnished, quietly elegant

Kids' bedrooms (3):

Ice Princess Room — bunk bed (twin over twin), whimsical and bright

Galactic Room — bunk bed + twin, for the young adventurers

Classic Character Room — 2 twin beds, timeless charm

🏊 PRIVATE POOL & SPA — WITH GOLF COURSE VIEWS

A screened pool and spa overlooking the fairway, yours alone the entire stay — no shared schedules, no strangers. Sun loungers, a covered patio with ceiling fans, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill for the evenings nobody wants to leave. Child safety pool fence and patio door security lock included. (Guests handle propane refills and grill cleaning.) Pool & spa heating available as an add-on (pool 89°F / spa 100°F, 9am–9pm).

🎬 HOME THEATER & GAME ROOM

The 85" screen with leather recliners turns any movie into a night out. The game room — ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and two arcade machines — covers the evenings when nobody can agree on a film. And a dedicated kids' corner with a wooden playhouse, pretend kitchen, and vet station keeps the youngest guests busy and close by.

🌊 TWO FREE RESORT WATERPARKS

Every guest gets complimentary access to both resort clubs — no tickets, no daily fees:

Oasis Club: 1,023 ft lazy river, a two-story waterslide, splash pad, zero-entry pool, quiet pool & jacuzzi, cabanas, spa, restaurant & bar

The Retreat Club: pool, slides, mini golf

Plus: fitness center, movie theater, tiki bar, 5 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, basketball & soccer, playground, and daily resort activities

For a group of 17, two free waterparks replace what could be hundreds of dollars a day in admission. Most families end up needing fewer park days than they planned — and don't mind one bit. (A few extras, such as cabana rentals or mini golf, may carry a separate resort fee.)

⛳ GOLF

Two championship courses right in the resort. Our guests receive an exclusive tee-time discount — ask us for details when you book.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING

Stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for 4, and a dining table that seats 12. A fully equipped large-group kitchen that makes eating in feel like the smart choice, not the compromise.
