We got to place and pictures didnā€™t look like online. The furniture was nasty with stains and the couch had a cover on it with mismatch pillows. The comforter in the master room had stains on it and lining didnā€™t seem fresh. I went to the store and got cleaning products. I called the owners to explain my dissatisfaction and he said he would refund my money for other nights. He wanted to keep one night stay. I had literally just checked in but I was so disgusting with how dirty furniture, linen, and the wall was filthy as well. I recleaned the house and rewashed every rooms linen included comforter. That took over six to eight hours. I was exhausted being it was six rooms. There were also no towels for guest so I went to buy towels for my family. The sink faucet in kitchen was broke and handle falling off. The freezer handle was broken off and the arcade game handle was also broken as well. The bunk bed in kids room was also broken. I expressed concerns regarding the kids injuring themself on bed. He told me to make them stay in one of the other rooms. The carpet was extremely dirty as if it never been cleaned. Each bathroom had one roll of toilet paper. When I spoke to The owner he said pictures were from two years ago and advised him to update pictures to what the house look like now. I asked to cancel reservation so I can find another place to stay. He refused again then said he would give me half of my money back even though I just checked in.

The house is for sure as pictured, however, there are a few items that need to be repaired. But all in all, the house was clean and served the purposes we needed it for.

Honestly I loved it , it was clean , no issues , yes the handle on the kitchen sink is broken but still usable ā€¦good for the price and near target and other retail stores.

First I want to start by saying the house does look like what is advertised online and all the reviews from previous renters are all accurate the house does need some extra Love and care and some deep cleaning the toilet paper holder is still broken The kitchen sink handle is broken one of the tubs upstairs fills up with water while you take a shower and you have to hold the cap just to drain the water the freezer door handle was missing the pillows on the bed needs to replaced the sliding door that leads to the pool does not lock properly my husband stayed up half of the night just to make sure we where all safe and the curtain rods in the holder to both sliding door needs to be replaced if all of this could get the proper attention the house would be a really good rental

Many features of the house need maintenance. Property manager was quick to fix the air conditioner. Most bathrooms did not have towel bars. Kitchen sink handle comes off in your hand when you use it. The is a 4 inch hole in one bedroom floor like maintenance was done and no final fix.

I will start by saying I booked this house for my daughterā€™s 3 year old birthday party and that was a success. The house accommodated the space I needed for my family and friends butā€¦. I had to report a lot of damages that werenā€™t mentioned prior to our arrival. Freezer was broken, not enough wash clothes and towels, limited pots and pans, and the jacuzzi never heated up. I never received check-out instructions. The host never responded to any of my messages.

Very nice house , spacious, clean , and exactly as the pictures . The only thing I would complain about it is a lot of things seem to have been fixed just enough for you to use of that makes sense . Like the sink in the kitchen works but the knob was broken as soon as you turn it , the fridge leaked , in the upstairs master bathroom the tissue holder fell off as soon as I tried to get tissue etc , other than that I really loved the home and would give it a solid 8/10. Communication was great and it was an easy check in process ;

Overall nice house. Completly needs some fixes. It was not clean- mirrors filthy. The washer and dryer were terrible. Neither ran correctly and with relatively no towels for a large family this was a major issue. Listing says fully equipped kitchen but it was sparse. Coffee pot had mold in it from not being cleaned. The saving grace was access to amenties.

I think the previous reviews for this property are a bit unfair. Are there a few scuffs on the walls? Yes there are, but in my experience of staying in villas in Kissimmee over the last 10 years this is to be expected. We had one issue where the pool water started going green after some rain, but a quick message to the host and someone from pool maintenance was there the next day sorting it. The water was clear again and ready to use 24 hours later. Other than that, my only other feedback is there could've been a few more kitchen utensils/glassware available to use. To summarize though, the villa is clean and modern, and I would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending it to others.

This home looks exactly as listed. The host was very helpful as my vrbo account started acting up right before check in, the host didn't have a problem communicating via text. Also he was very prompt answering any questions I had. My family had a great time and I would definitely rent this unit again.

I booked this house several months ago not seeing the recent review posted in March. I booked before this was posted. When I called Vrbo and the host concerned about the issues I was told by the host that things had been fixed. The pool did have water, the TV was on the wall( we never turned it on to see if it worked) and the air was working. VRBO was of no help because they cannot cancel based off of a review. This property is a run down.. I was never sent any check in instructions from VRBO or the host. I did call and got a response in the first call from the host. he was able to text me the door code and WIFI info. That was probably one of two positive things with our experience. So many things were broken nonworking and the bedding was old like they got it at goodwill. Nothing in the cabinets, but a few cups and plates. If youā€™re trying to cook a meal here forget it! The carpet is gross with stains and a burn hole in the floor of one of the bedrooms.. missing doorhandles and nonworking lamps. Walls are dirty.. like a said a worn downā€¦ Like the other review said run, cancel, do what you can but do not book this house. VRBO is of no help knowing this property is in the state that itā€™s in..

Ill just list the issues that were addressed the first day and not a single one was resolved. Multiple attempts to get someone resulted in not being fixed for the entire stay. This owner is overseas with a whatsapp new york number. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! No AC for the entire stay. This is Florida.. Plumbing issue in one of the top bathrooms. (Wasnt fully clogged, but wouldnt flush. Would drain over 10 minutes or so) Living room TV was in a box on the floor with a sticky note indicating it had been there since December (this was March). Multiple lights were brand new, still had plastic on them, but were damaged. Switches controlled lights that didnt work, so you were forced to use lamps that looked like a fire risk. Would cancel any reservations you have here as i bet nothing has been fixed.

I did not receive check-in instructions until 4 hours before check-in time and I had to call customer service to contact the property manager. I had to contact the owner to receive wifi password because it was never provided. The pool had about two feet of water and the tv in the living room short circuited when we turned it on. The tv was smoking. I told the property manager and I received no reply. The kitchen was also poorly stocked with no wine glasses, scissors, or cups other than coffee cups.
