This newly renovated, mid-century, minimalistic designed home is equipped with 11 beds and accommodates up to 14 guests. All bedrooms have their own personal Roku TV.

PARKING:

2 cars can park outside the garage, and additional parking is available on the street. Note that the garage is now a game room.


****The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $25 per day.
This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice as the pool may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault. ****

*****Please note that there is a $25 GATE CARD FEE PER VEHICLE/CAR. This gate card allows you to use the fast lane on the right side of the entrance. The card will be good for the duration of your stay. *****

STARTER SUPPLIES -

This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival.

We provide:

• The first roll of toilet paper for each bathroom,
• A small hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner for each bathroom,
• 2 dishwashing capsules,
• 1 packet of powdered washing machine detergent, and
• 1 trash bag.
