Inside your vacation rental, you'll find a spacious and open layout with a well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating to one side, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Upstairs in the loft, a pool table stands ready for some head-to-head fun.
Outside in your lanai, fire up your gas grill and dine alfresco by your pool.

Things to Know
Seasonal pool heating is available from October 1st through May 1st with a three-day minimum. The rate is $32 per day plus tax.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
