* Bedroom 4: A twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle (sleeps up to 4) and a TV.

* **Self-Catering Home:** This is a self-catering rental. We provide a complimentary starter pack of essential supplies for your first night (e.g., one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags). Guests are responsible for purchasing all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.
* **Optional Pool Heating:** The private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day (plus tax). A 3-night minimum is required. Please request this service prior to your arrival. Requests made after check-in are subject to a $25 call-out fee and it may take up to 24 hours for the water to reach optimal temperature.
* **Optional BBQ Grill Rental:** A gas BBQ grill can be rented for your stay for a flat fee of $85 (plus tax). Please arrange this prior to arrival to ensure availability.
* **Check-in Information:** Detailed check-in instructions, including your unique access code, will be sent to you via email and the booking platform message system three days prior to your arrival date.
