Just Keep Swimming - NEW Pool Home

Located in the Sandy Ridge community just off I4, 20 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Universal with restaurants and supermarket shopping at ChampionsGate conveniently close.

The accommodation comprises:

Living Area - New sofas in both living and 5th bedroom purchased in 2019 along with new dining table and chairs. New flat screen 65" smart tv, allows you to watch regular channels or link up your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu etc.

The dining table is set for six guests.

Kitchen - has nook table and chairs with seating for four and also two chairs at the breakfast bar.

Bedroom one - master with king bed and master en suite bathroom.
Bedroom two - queen bed with en suite bathroom
Bedroom three - two twin beds
Bedroom four - two twin beds
There is a sofa bed in the fifth bedroom, which is set up as a separate lounge area with tv.

All bedrooms have new streaming tv's.

The twin beds share a bathroom which has a door leading out onto the deck.

The doors to the pool deck are alarmed for peace of mind should a child be able to open the door.

The pool has a fantastic view of the lake, just made for evenings relaxing on the deck. The pool was resurfaced in 2020.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $25.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
