Located at the entrance of the home, you can enjoy games of pool/billiards at any time of time! The beautiful dining room is equipped for those family meals along with 5 additional bar stools.

Kitchen & Dining
Full-size kitchen with major stainless appliances and features. Everything you will need from plates, cups, silverware and pots & pans! Also equipped with plasticware for the pool deck and outdoor eating. Comes with our standard large drip coffee maker.

Living Room
A beautiful new large recliner sofa and chairs look out towards the pond/pool. Featuring a large, 65` Smart TV mounted on the wall, electric fireplace and a few board games and puzzles. Also equipped with a ceiling fan to help stay cool in the Florida sun!

Half-bathroom here for extra convenience!

Pool, Deck & Lanai
You`ll be happy to know you have your own private pool & spa, looking out over the pond of Emerald Island. Along with a large covered lanai, and plenty of seating with new sun loungers and lots of seating for everyone. This is truly the perfect place to lounge, have a morning coffee, or a late night dip!

Pool equipped a safety fence. Please DO NOT fully remove the safety fence provided on the pool deck unless everyone knows how to swim. This is in place for your protection. To access the pool, simply remove a section of the fence to allow passage. Always replace and secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use. Fence must be fully replaced upon check-out.


Jurassic Park Arcade
The True Star of this home, is a brand new over the top themed arcade to make you feel as if you’re in the movie but safe enough to sit and enjoy a while (keep an eye on those Raptors though). There is an amazing 2 seater shooter-style Jurassic Park machine that is the center-piece of the room, an air hockey table, foosball table, as well as multiple arcade machines including one with over 1000 games built into it. Truly an awesome place to hang out and relax or challenge the family to see who’s “King of the Arcade”!

Ground floor, King bedroom suite with 40` Smart TV. Attached bathroom suite with garden tub, walk-in shower and private toilet and his/hers sinks. Includes Pool views, ceiling fan, luggage valet, as well as a pack and play in the large walk in closet.

You’ll be transported to Diagon Alley where you board the Knight Bus with Twin Bunk Beds, TV with cable, ceiling fan, private closet and small dresser.

Bedroom 5 – Star Wars Themed
Whether you side with the Rebels or the Empire anyone will love to sleep in the Twin Bunk Beds in their own Tie-Fighter. TV with cable, ceiling fan, private closet and small dresser.

Bedroom 6 – Rapunzel Themed
This room pulls you in as you approach the door and notice something special lies behind it. Beautifully painted with over 20 Hidden Mickeys for children and adults to discover. Make sure you check out the closet as there may be some items for the kids to enjoy while at the house. Twin Bunk Beds with TV with cable, ceiling fan, private closet and dresser.

Bedroom 7 – Master
King bedroom suite, TV with cable, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, luggage valet, dresser and attached bathroom suite. Shower/tub combination with plenty of natural lighting!

A Starter Kit of supplies including toiletries, coffee, tea, water, and sparkling wine is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

Guests will need to register at the clubhouse upon arrival. The Resort will provide access cards for each vehicle. The Resort will charge $20 per card, per vehicle (not our fee).


Pool heating is $35 per day, and must be requested and paid in advance. Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. Pool heating is needed for spa to heat up.

Pool heaters are typically set between 88F and 90F, while spas (if available) are set to 104F.

*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature can be guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (at least 48 hours in advance) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit can be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.
