The full 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house is completely private to you during your stay! You will have access to 2 designated parking spots in the driveway. There is free street parking available if needed for additional vehicles.
The fully fenced in yard is also private to you and your family.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app :)

The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We are right across the street from a kids baseball field and very close to parks.

Navigating the neighborhood is very simple! As soon as you get off the highway, with just a few turns you will be arriving at the home. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. Any additional vehicles may park on the street.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

** You are welcome to bring up to two pets. A pet fee of $30/night per pet will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed.

** The home is set up like a duplex. On the right side of the house there is another unit that will be rented to other guests. The laundry room is a shared space and you will have access to the laundry room certain hours of the day. Please message us for more details.
- Pets are allowed with a fee of $30/night per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply, please message us for more details. Pet fee will be required before check in through the resolution center.
- All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.
- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability) for an additional fee of $45. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate you and your family.
- Checkout is by 10am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a $100 fee. Please respect our checkout hours as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guest.
- If you wish to have the jacuzzi warm and prepared for you during your stay, there is a fee of $20/night (must be for the entire stay). If you do not request this with us, the jacuzzi will not be turned on during your stay.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in the trash can. Fee starting at $300 will be applied if there is smoking of any kind inside the home.
- NO parties or events. Guests that break this rule will have their reservation canceled with no refund. They will be evicted from the property immediately.
- No more than 10 guests should occupy the property at all times. If desired, guests may have up to 12 guests with an extra guest fee of $15/night per guest (with permission from host).
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to not disturb our neighbors.
- Please no food or drinks inside the bedroom or near the jacuzzi.
- There is a $10 fee for any damaged or missing towel.
- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or destruction of decorative items are subject to a fine.
- Use jacuzzi at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Use grill at your own risk.
