Nice house but too many issues
The house was ok. I did think the description on line was misleading regarding the layout of the bedrooms. Also, the ice maker was frozen and did not work and the alarm system went off due to low batteries at 3 in the morning.

nice house, but there are better places
I have stayed in many VRBOs and this house is nice and large and accommodated our 3 families nicely. There were many issues though and the property management company is horrible. First of all we had no WIFI connection, the one they sent us before did not exist and I made serval calls and texts to the company. On day 3 of no WIFI they said they would send a technician and we waited for 7 hours and no one showed up and I called back and they were still unable to help. Because of the no WIFI for 3 days we had no TV and could no use the theater rooms which all require internet. On day 4 when we finally got wifi it was so slow nothing would download. I spent many hours and calls to the company and they were not at all helpful. Also if you plan to use the shuttle for disneyworld it is always sold out because there is only 2 per day. If you take an uber to disneyworld it will cost you $50 each way. The waterpark is included in the resort membership but everything else is extra, minigolf $30, pickleball court rental $30. The house was also well used and could use new paint etc. They also leave you 1 dishwasher pod and no extra toilet paper. No cleaning supplies are left and the house has minimal essentials. Overall, I would find somewhere else to stay with a different management company. There are so many options.

Close to Disney
This place was great. Game room was fantastic and outdoor patio/pool area was a great place to hang out. The previous tenants that left the morning of our check in left the place a mess. The cleaning service were still cleaning upon arrival. They did everything they could to get the place ready for our stay. Unfortunately by cleaning up it left a ton of trash by the road that the propert manager thought was our trash. Also, the outdoor grill will not light you have to manually light it. Also there is no TV in the outdoor patio area. The view of the golf course was amazing and the hot air balloons in the morning were a great surprise!

wonderful house and time
Wonderful property and house. We enjoyed our time fully. (Except for the party the neighbors two doors down had one night until midnight). Great views with alot to do. The movie room and the game room were great. Would definitely look into this property for our next stay in the area.

Not clean
The property is beautiful, but at time of arrival the house was not clean. Provide property management with various photos but nothing was done. Previous tenant left air mattress and luggage in the middle of one of the rooms. In another room shorts and under ware, master had dust all over the floor from some work done in the room, etcetera.

Better Options Exist
Location and property was outstanding. For the price (appx 4K), I expected a fresh clean residence, that’s not what I got. Dust on stairs, fingerprints on fridge, dishwasher with mess still in countertops that came off after some Scrubbing. Pool had visible dirt on floor, old Cigar butts just outside fence and walkway and outside table was never wiped or cleaned. Again, for the amount of money spent, maybe more then one roll of TP for each bathroom would be nice. Grill not cleaned as well and no grill brush ever found Alarm on back patio is terrible, sign says it’s against the “law”. No, law is child fence around pool OR door alarm when pool is fenced in, that is the code not law!!!!! Expected more at that price point, will find different residence and company for Xmas and Easter

We love Reunion!
Property was fantastic. Only issue we had was parking. For a house that large, there isn't enough parking for multiple vehicles. 2-3 in the driveway was about all we could fit and the rest had to park in a pull-off area across the street. Pool is fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out in the house. Game room and theatre room were the kids’ hang out areas when we weren’t in the pool. Plenty of seating for meals in the amazing kitchen! Having the water park 2 minutes away was great too! We spent one day there and rented a cabana for shade. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our vacation so great!

Great Home
This house is absolutely beautiful and full of room to spread out. It is full of little extras, and our family wants to return here very soon. Toby is also one of the nicest people I've worked with when renting a vacation home. He is always available and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting central FL.

Wonderful house!
We had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described. The pool was amazing! More than enough room for our family to spread out. The owner was extremely prompt in responding to me when we needed to reset the internet. We will definitely go back!

Best Vacation Ever!
The property was absolutely gorgeous! So clean and full of amenities. When we had a question, the owner responded within minutes. Private, quiet, and an amazing view. A great value!!!

Amazing house!
Really enjoyed our recent stay. The house was exactly as listed and my kids had a great time. Full game room in the converted garage (w/ AC) was a favorite for ping pong matches. Def recommend.

Amazing home
This property has everything you can think of! From entertainment to appliances even dinnerware!!! Everything was spotless when we arrived! My kids really enjoyed the game room and theater and together they kept them entertained for most of our stay! The back yard was amazing also more than enough room for a group of 10! I Would highly recommend this property!!!!

Great house for large families
The house was great, the room arrangements were perfect. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of the regular kitchen utensils you would have in a kitchen. Outdoor and pool area was perfect with kids. Would stay here again without question.

Great house. Spacious, clean and comfortable.
We rented for golf trip with 8 guys. Description of house was spot on. Toby (owner) was very responsive answering all questions. Beds were very comfortable. Look forward to renting again.

Beautiful house
Everything was great about the stay! The only thing I can say as a negative is that there was no toilet paper in the house when we arrived. Not one single roll. Had to go to the store right away upon arriving. Besides that, everything else about the house was great!

Fantastic! Great for Families Visiting Disney
This house was great! We stayed here recently as a group of 7 (2 couples, 3 Kids (5, 3, 1)) while visiting Disney (a cheaper and better alternative than staying in 2 hotel rooms). Location-wise it's a 15-20 min drive to Magic Kindom and Animal Kindom. And after our busy/crowded days at the Parks we really appreciated coming back here to relax and unwind. The house is located on a corner (tee box of the Nicklaus #7), is big and bright, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is loaded, and the outdoor space is fantastic. The kids (and adults) loved the pool, media room, and TV's in every room. Toby was a great host and accommodated all of our requests. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks Toby!

Extremely Helpful Property Manager and family-friendly rental
Our group had miscommunication about our travel dates. I called the property manager Toby worried that we would have to cancel all together. Without hesitation, he helped us rebook and was beyond nice about understanding the mistake. This home's customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them!

Stunning home!
Beautiful home has everything any family would need! 20 mins to Disney and Universal .. 25 mins to airport..Golf course and range is awesome! Manager was very helpful! Thank you for great stay! We will return!

40th birthday weekend.
We stay in the Reunion area at least once a year. This property by far was our best idea yet. Plenty of room, we had 14 people and everyone had room to relax and have fun. The house at 968 Desert Mountain CT was awesome. 6 bedroom 7 bath is plenty of room. The house is decorated perfectly. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated good for anytime of the year. And we love the game room for those late night guys area. Thank you again Vrbo.

Perfect home away from home near all the fun!
This home is beautiful, spacious, & comfortable with all the amenities of home & more. It accommodated our family & friends of 14 easily, each with our own rooms & bathroom. Although all the attractions are within minutes, you will want to spend a lot of time just relaxing here & enjoying the view. The outdoor & theater spaces were favorites of our group! This home also worked perfectly with children, as there are plenty of spaces for them to have fun & still let the adults relax. We loved it & will return!

If you don't like 968 Desert Mountain court you don't like ice cream!
The home is beautiful. As are all the accessories in appointments throughout the house. Toby was very responsive to all of our questions. I rarely give five star ratings but certainly give them a five star here

Absolutely Amazing!

Beautiful family fun home!
Beautiful, brand new home! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home during our Disney vacation in Orlando! The home was professionally decorated with great details! We were so impressed that we all wanted to spend the day enjoying what the home had to offer instead of going out in the Florida heat and battling the Disney crowds. We had teenagers and a six year old and we all enjoyed the pool, spent many hours as a family in the theatre room and enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table in the recreation room. The home provided pool toys and pool noodles for the kids and plenty of beach towels and towels for the bathrooms. The owner was very nice to work with and offered to help if we needed anything!
