Lovely, spacious home in a great location
We chose this home for a few reasons: 4 bedrooms, location, a pool and the ability to host a rehearsal dinner. The caterers had no problem setting up. The table expanded to seat at least 12 and there was plenty of room to gather and talk after eating. The location made it easy to get to the wedding venue and the reception. The hosts responded promptly to any questions.

Home away from home
I read all of the reviews before I booked this house and they were all true. This house is a gem and the owners, Gary and Stacey are very prompt in responding to any inquiries. This was truly a home away from home. LOVED the pool, all 4 bedrooms are comfortable and the house is in close proximity to Baldwin Park shops and restaurants. If I ever need to be in the Winter Park area again I will definitely book this house again.

Perfect Choice!
When searching for a rental in Orlando, don’t pass this one up. It may be an older home and not as flashy as some for rent out there but it was a gem. Perfectly located close to all we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and awesome pool. Stacey even irons the sheets! 🤗 Gary and Stacey were perfect hosts. Very good communication, very easy chain/out process and welcome basket full of goodies. Will definitely rent again if ever in the area. Thank you Gary and Stacey for a very memorable experience.

Wedding Venues In Between
This home was perfect! Our daughter’s wedding venue was at Leu Gardens and the reception was at the Osprey. The home was .9 form each! The home offered a perfect place for our family to rest and the bride to get ready. We had our family in from out of town and the home comfortably slept six adults. The wedding and reception were five hours apart in time. The home offered a place for the bride and groom’s family to have fellowship and lunch between. The owners were so welcoming and kind! So kind that they almost became reception guests had we had extra seats! We felt right at home. The home was clean, comfy, and cozy. Perfect!

Family Weekend
We really enjoyed our weekend at the house. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to hang out. The hosts are great and very responsive. It was too cool to use the pool, but it was nice sitting out by it.

Was a wonderful house to stay would stay again.
The house was everything we could have wanted. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and we didn't have to worry about them. The house was very accomidating . Comfortable and roomy enough for family to gather. Even played the board game that was there. Would definitely rent again if we came to Orlando. The owners were friendly and helpful. Great spot
This was such a great rental. Suprisingly spacious compared to the photos. Very clean and comfy. Walkable to awesome shops and food. Loved the pool (also bigger than expected). Host was super accomadating and easy to communicate with. Received a text on the morning of our arrival that the house was ready for us even earlier than anticipated. Thank you!!!

Unplanned Family Trip
We had an unexpected death in our family and we had to book a stay in Orlando to attend the funeral. My family of 5 (kids ages 8, 10, 12) and my brother’s family of 5 (kids ages 1, 2, 4) stayed here together. Location is about 12 miles or so from Orlando international airport. The hosts were quick to respond to my inquiries about the property. Although it is not technically set up for infants/toddlers, it worked well for us. We were able to order a booster seat and pack-n-play online and have it shipped to the hosts’ address. They took care of the items for us and had the packages in the rental house upon arrival. They made it easy to do a late check-in around 9 pm since one family was flying in from out of state. One of the bedrooms is very spacious and has an attached bathroom. We brought a queen sized air mattress and set it up at the foot of the bed. 2 girls slept in the bed and 2 girls slept on the air mattress. The pack-n-play was set up in another room and the baby slept in there with my brother and his wife; my husband and I had another bedroom, and our soon had his own room. All kids loved the pool! We brought a baby float and 2 puddle jumper lifevests for the little ones. The house is extremely well stocked. Lots of towels, washcloths, etc… plenty of dish soap, laundry det, dryer sheets. Hall linen closet had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. We did cook a few simple meals and had everything we needed in the way of pots and pans. Full sized washer and dryer were wonderful to have! We took a walk to the East Market just a few blocks away (2 and 4 year old had no problems walking to and from) and tried the Gideon’s Bakery cookies. Location of the house was perfect for us. Many shops and restaurants close by. Target within a couple of miles with curb side pick up. Hosts were fantastic to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood with a park nearby
This cute house was not short on mirrors nor was it short on outdoor space. Perfect for enjoying time in the nice Florida weather. Easy access to pool and the hosts provided everything we needed! They even checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay! Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this perfect little getaway!!

The home was a4 bedroom mid century modern pool home. It was warm and welcoming as were our hosts. The hosts live close by and were fast To respond to any request or question. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Everything you need is a few minutes away. Bakery and coffee shop are walking distance. Groceries are 4 minutes away. A huge, beautiful park is a two minute walk. 20 minutes to the airport. The home is spotless and well appointed. We will be returning to this wonderful home. Great location
This was a great place to stay at for a week! I'm originally from Orlando so my family and I were visiting my extended family for Christmas and needed a place close to them. This place was all pros: * safe and quiet neighborhood * super easy check in and check out process * easy communication with owner * nice size house * close to amenities * off street parking (plenty) * pictures reflect the house exactly That's the brief rundown. A little more details: this house was great. We were only here during the early am hours and then back after dark (since we were visiting family) and it was so nice to come back to a homey place with good amenities. There's working wi fi, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc. This was a great house to unwind in. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was an overabundance of towels, linens, soaps, etc. so we didn't have to ask for anything. We communicated with the owner once (we asked for a Keurig before arriving if possible) and they were very nice and accommodating. Since it was chilly we didn't use the pool but it was exactly as advertised. Also, it's a pet friendly house but didn't smell like pets. The place was super clean. We will definitely rent here again when returning. The location and house itself was perfect for our needs.

Girls’ Weekend
We had a wonderful time at this property. It had 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. It comfortably slept all 9 of us. There was a lovely pool with a fire pit and grill, all of which we used. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics we needed for cooking in the house. There were plenty of towels for everyone, including plenty of pool towels left convenient to the pool. The location near Baldwin Park couldn’t be beat. We walked to East End Market for lunch. Such a great house, such a great location. Convenient to Winter Park and Rollins College, but also the rest of Orlando, I highly recommend this house for your Winter Park get away.

Wow wow wow
Pulling up to this amazing property bought me back to my childhood. Once inside all the Florida charm with thoughtful decor. All rooms large enough to handle our kids and grandkids. Beds super comfortable. Property large for our Easter egg hunt! The owners where quick to respond to bringing out the firepit and supplies us with ample wood. The weather was a bit chilly for the pool. We had a great time and it was great to make memories with the grands. The pictures online doesn’t do this house justices. Every large room had new antique to discover. We will book again. Thank you!

Awesome get-away for adults with a fabulous pool!
Gary and Stacy were absolute gems with communication and making sure we had everything for our stay. From ease of check-in/out to amenities offered, this was great! We loved that every room was spacious and had a large bed to accommodate couples (it seems most places in the area cater more towards kids and offer small single twins.) The pool was perfect and the large patio table was used heavily as the hang-out area. Small things like the amount of chairs at dining table and patio made it perfect for our large 8 person group. The area is quaint with lots of things within walking distance which was crucial. Our group had a ton of fun and I look forward to going back for another stay if I'm in Orlando! Thanks again!!

Lovely house!
My wife, children and parents all stayed in this house while visiting other family that lived in the neighborhood. The house was big enough for all of us and had everything we needed. The pool was a great treat for the kids, having visited from a colder climate (the property owner even came by every day to clean it for us!) We also liked the backyard as we wanted to be outdoors as much as possible on this trip, and it was comfortable for the 6 of us to sit out there. Really no complaints here and we would stay again.

True family vacation home
This was one of the best rentals we've rented through VRBO in the past 9 years. Best place for family, comfortable, clean and roomy.

Cozy and convenient home
Charming home with lots of nice touches. The beds were very comfortable, with lots of pillows provided. I like to cook when we travel and this kitchen was the best appointed of any house I've ever rented. The owner responded quickly to a question we had and then checked back with us to be sure all was well. The pool was clean and inviting. My only suggestion would be that the backyard could use a facelift.

Great location!
This was a great spontaneous trip and we were able to work here for a couple of days as well! The home is cozy and spacious, while the neighborhood is fantastic and quiet. Easy to walk around and to some certain shops/restaurants. Minutes from downtown Winter Park and Orlando. We enjoyed our stay!
