Ideal family villa/large private pool/not overlooked/near Disney/on golf course

This is the villa with the WOW factor! Treat yourself to a superb villa located on a fabulous golfing community close to Disney! This home is very family friendly with plenty of space to allow all generations to enjoy their stay.

Our oversized pool deck area has a massive (approx. 50'x20'), private south west facing, resort style tropical pool and whirlpool overlooking a conservation area. There is plenty of space to sit around the pool on the sun loungers provided. A large covered area with ceiling fan and dining table is a great place for al fresco dining. There is also space under there for sun loungers for those who wish to relax outside but out of the sunshine. As the pool faces south west, the deck area is bathed in sunshine from about 10.30 am until sunset. However, there is always some sun to be found on the deck from early morning! The sunsets behind our villa are spectacular! For those with young children, we have a safety net across the pool and there is an audible notification saying which external door has been opened on our alarm system.

You enter our property through double front doors to a light, airy, double storey sitting area (the first of 3) with sofas and a professional pool table. You go through into a second living room with sofas and cable tv, dining area and kitchen, all with stunning views of the pool and conservation area.

A corridor off this 2nd seating area leads to the downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, large wardrobe and flat screen tv, the laundry room and recently remodelled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room houses a large top loader washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, iron and ironing board. The washing machine can accommodate loads from very small to very large; really useful for anyone travelling with a luggage restriction.

The games room is off the front living room and has a table tennis table, an arcade style basketball game, air hockey, and foosball table as well as a sofa.

Upstairs there are 4 further bedrooms and the bonus loft movie room with a play station 4, flat screen tv and sofa bed.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, recently remodelled bathroom with a stylish double ended bath, walk in shower and walk in wardrobe. There is a flat screen tv and sofa which can fold out to provide an additional bed. Double doors lead out onto the balcony where there are table and chairs to allow you to sit and enjoy the fabulous view over the conservation area. The double storey lanai means you can enjoy sitting out there at any time without being bothered by mosquitoes.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and a flat screen tv. This too has double doors out onto the balcony with its own table and chairs. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom (bedroom 3).

The third bedroom has 2 twin beds in it along with a large wardrobe and a flat screen tv.

The fourth bedroom has bunk beds, a walk in wardrobe, flat screen tv and a Jack and Jill bathroom with the loft room. This is a Disney Star Wars themed room. The bunk bed is a double underneath and a single on top.

All bathrooms have hairdryers provided.

Free wi-fi and free calls within the US and Canada are provided.

The full length balcony upstairs has fabulous views over the pool and conservation area and provides an additional outdoor seating area.

Our villa has always had an amazing cleaning team. Since Covid-19, our villa is being cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC and SAFEHOME guidelines for guests' peace of mind. Check in and check out require no person to person contact.

The villa is on the Highlands Reserve community which has a superb golf course. The community itself is clean and well maintained. It has a communal tennis court, communal pool and a great children's play area.

There are shops, banks and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. These include Publix supermarket, iHop, Applebee's, Chinese, Indian and pizza takeaways as well as an Irish pub.

Disney is 15-20 minutes drive and Universal is 25-30 minutes.

Kissimmee with all it's restaurants and attractions is 15 mins away as are the Premium outlets for shopping.

The I4 leading to both coasts is 5 minutes away meaning either coast is accessible in about an hour. Clearwater beach on the west coast was voted in the top 10 beaches in the US recently. They provide beach wheelchairs free of charge for anyone who finds walking on the sand difficult so everyone can go together.

Kennedy Space Centre is also about an hours drive.

Orlando International Airport is 45 mins away and Tampa International airport is about an hour away.
