Welcome to our vacation home! Our calendar is always up to date, and you can easily book by selecting your desired dates.

Prepare to be amazed by the meticulously designed backyard featuring over 6,000 square feet of artificial turf. The highlight is the custom 18-hole mini golf course with practice greens and sand traps, creatively designed with sports-themed obstacles and ramps. Additionally, we offer various backyard tailgating games, including Cornhole, Crossnet, Redneck golf, Electric darts, Can jam, Batting cage/driving range net, Frisbee, Football, and Spike ball.

Important Notes:
* While we do welcome and encourage bachelorette groups, birthday groups etc., we do ask that you enjoy the party off property and only bring back guests that are registered.
* Outdoor cameras (Front and backyard and pool can be seen, however the cameras are outside of the screen enclosure.) ensure security, safety, and adherence to guest count.
* Rates are based on 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per night fee. Why? We want to give smaller groups the opportunity to stay at our unique property, there is a lot more wear and tare with 13 guests staying.
* Please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass. Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.
* No smoking indoors; $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.
* In the unlikely event that you have an issue with the property (cleanliness, etc.) please let us know in the first 4 hours of check-in so we can remedy the situation. We have staff on call for this reason and happy to make it right.

Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!

Lawn, cleaning, maintenance, or pool people may come to the property to do maintenance to ensure guests a comfortable stay. If we need access inside we will always call or message first.

So close to Universal!

The home was exactly as it was shown in the listing. They had everything there we needed to enjoy our stay. But make no mistake, it's location! 8 minutes from the driveway to the Universal Studios parking garages, couldnt beat it. Would definitely recommend for a family/group!

Best Backyard in Orlando!

Great communication with the owners, the property was clean, the bedrooms had great themes/vibes, accommodated my whole family well, but the best part is the amazing backyard! The backyard has a very nice pool, sand/beach area to lay out, cornhole boards, billiards with soccer balls, bowling, turf yard, and your own private mini golf! We all enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and playing games. I would definitely recommend if youā€™re looking for a fun place to stay in Orlando.

Perfect for our group

The 9 of us (6 seniors) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The seniors loved the layout (no stairs, one big common area, and patio plus pool) We were able to cook our meals easily and had plenty of space to eat together. Just a short drive to Animal Kingdom and Epcot. GreatWe didn't go to universal en closer.

Fun place

We enjoyed our vacation. You can tell the owners have made every effort to make this a fun and comfortable place to stay. We liked that it was close to Universal Studios and lots of restaurants. The pool was nice and refreshing after the heat of the day. House was well stocked. Would recommend staying here. The owner was excellent at communicating when I had questions.

Nice house, fun backyard

Several of us stayed at this house while we were attending a conference in Orlando. Overall the house was in good shape, the pool area was nice, and the backyard was a fun addition. We didn't really use the mini-golf or anything, but it's clear it would be fun especially if you have kids or had more downtime than we had. It would have been great to have the pool heated even just a little bit though. It was rather cold, even for being in Florida.

Nice location convenient to Universal and City Walk. Use Lyft to universal reasonably priced . We like to unpack our suitcases Would like some drawers. Overall we loved the house and had a wonderful vacation.

Fun spot to stay

House is great and comfortable with a fantastic backyard for family entertainment. Neighborhood is very old, but convenient to Universal, shopping and restaurants. Hot water was an issue as we kept running out. Overall, cool place though!

So Close to Universal!

We needed somewhere to spend the weekend to celebrate my sonā€™s 16th birthday. He brought 5 friends and I brought my other children. The location was minutes to Universal so I could drop the boys all off and spend the rest of the day at the house cooking (amazing kitchen utensils) while my other kids got to enjoy the plethora of outdoor activities. The boys spent their time in the evenings in the backyard playing mini golf and bowling. The lights in the pool changed colors and the waterfall was a hit. The boys all camped out in the huge room with bunk beds hanging from the ceiling. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions during our stay. One for the memory books!

Great house, great location

This was a really nice property. You can tell everything was recently renovated, and the house was in a great location to hit Universal Studios, the Disney parks, and lots of stores and restaurants. There was plenty of space for each member of the family, and the pool and back yard were great to relax in after the craziness of the parks. I would highly recommend it!

Great location, quiet neighborhood

This house is just fun. From the quirky decor, to the plethora of outdoor activities available, youā€™ll have more than you need to keep you entertained. Quiet neighborhood. (So keep that in mind if you have a rowdy bunch.) The location was great. Super close to Universal, restaurants & groceries. Really appreciated the reverse osmosis water filter at the sink. Basic condiments and supplies on hand. Would stay again for sure. Owners were quick with communications. My only suggestion was that they could have used a few more bath towels.

Work Conference Perfection

We had six adult males share this property for a convention we had at the Loews hotel a couple of miles away. The three private bedrooms and fourth shared room were perfect. The backyard was awesome and I wish we could have enjoyed it more, but we were too busy with work. I could easily see myself booking this for my extended family as well - grandparents could stay in the master, two sets of parents could stay in the other private rooms, and all of the kids/cousins could stay in the shared room. Highly recommend.

Location.. in relation to universal

What a great property. We weren't here long, just a weekend but the house was spotless. Recently renovated with all modern appliances. The pool was too chilly to swim in so that was our only disappointment. We spent most of our time at universal so not much time to enjoy all that it offered but there are a ton of outdoor activities for family or friends fun. Would recommend it to anyone and will likely stay again.

Great Stay in Orlando

Every year my family and I travel to Orlando for trade shows with our kids. The home was within 10-15 minutes of the convention center and approx 8 minutes drive to Universal. The home itself is EXACTLY as described and the photos are accurate . My kids had a great time playing the backyard and staying in the various bunk beds . Plenty of space for us all to spread out . The home seems to have been recently renovated as it was super clean, organized and stylish . This is also a great home for multiple families traveling together or a work team traveling together for trade shows . All in all I highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to be close to Universal or Orange County Convention Center . Anything you need is within 10 minutes and the neighborhood is very safe . We can't wait to come back !
