Welcome to sunny Florida! Our villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday making you feel right at home in this elegant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool and spa.


UPDATES: Very recently our home has had brand new King and Queen beds replaced in the two master bedrooms and a new sleeper sofa bed was added in the main living area. The entire house was painted both interior and exterior including the pool deck. All four kitchen appliances were recently replaced. The televisions have been upgraded to flat screens with a 55' in the family room, 42' in the main master bedroom and the other rooms each have a 32' in them for use. Spectrum cable package with over 250 channels for your enjoyment. The sofa and love seat have been recently updated with a nice plush brown leather set. All shower heads have been updated to rain shower spa heads with 98 stream openings. A new BBQ grill is waiting in the garage for your enjoyment. Many additional wall decorations as well as a new track light in the kitchen to brighten up this area of the home. A new Keurig coffee machine as well!


Silver creek is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom and 15 to 20 minutes away from other theme parks (Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and more). Our villa is located 33 minutes away from Orlando international airport.


Our kitchen offers you all the facilities for a home made meal but when you wish to eat out there are many restaurants along hwy #192 which cater to all tastes. Examples are Hurricane Grill & Wings, Gators Dockside, Carrabba's Italian Grill & Texas Roadhouse.


Our villa allows you to relax around the pool and spa deck, where you will be able to enjoy a nice cold refreshment while you watch the majestic Florida sunset with our south facing pool deck. Also from the pool deck you have a nice view of the lake with no neighbors on the west side of the house. It is a beautiful green space to enjoy.


One mile from the driveway brings you to hwy #27 with access to Hurricane Grill & Wings at the corner of Woodcrest Way and hwy #27, Walmart, Publix grocery stores, Dollar Tree, Lowes and many other store located up and down hwy #27. Banks and medical centers as well.


Enjoy golf at one of the many championship golf courses located in either direction within 5 miles.

Master bedroom #1: master ensuite with access to the pool and spa deck through bathroom, new KING size bed, cable TV 42' flat screen, walk in closet, shower, toilet, sink.

Master bedroom #2: master ensuite with shower, toilet, and sink, new queen size bed, cable TV 32' flat screen, closet-safe with window facing woodcrest way.

Bedroom #3: 2 single beds, 42' flat screen SMART TV with WiFi access for Netflix and other streaming services, window facing Woodcrest Way with full bathroom located across the hall.

Bathroom: shower bathtub combo, sink toilet, vanity.

Kitchen: all major appliances, kitchen table set for 4, 2 chairs at island counter, fully equipped for 8 or more people. Keurig, blender, all utensils plus some specialty utensils, microwave and many other required cook ware for that special meal at home.

Lounge: cable TV upgraded to a SMART 55' flat screen, DVD player, telephone with free North America calling, 3 person sofa with pull out bed, 2 person love seat, coffee table and end tables, patio door to directly access the pool area.
