The accommodation is a large room within a guest house, the room has its own private kitchen and private bathroom. For 4 peoples.

Suite #1 is the main room in the house, located on the second floor, 2 queen size beds, for 4 people, nightstand with 3 drawers, a luxurious oversized PRIVATE BATHROOM, shower and double sinks. The room is equipped with a PRIVATE KITCHEN that has a stove with 2 electric burners, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, plates, glasses and cooking utensils. 4-seat dining room, 65" TV with direct access to Netflix, 2-star armchairs and a large dressing room. The house has central air conditioning that flows into each bedroom and part of the house. We have specialized cleaning staff and we will always be attentive to what you need.*-

The house has 2 levels and 4 bedrooms open for reservations from other guests who have very good recommendations. Little contact with other guests, it is a very reserved and quiet place. The house is designed to have little contact between guests. The only common areas are the stairs and the entrance.

Parking is free! You can park in front of the house or you can do it at the entrance of the bay that is in front of the accommodation. There is no access to the garage. Parking on the grass is prohibited.

In the accommodation you will find an access card to the Community Resort area: Exclusive Water Park for children, large pool, golf course, beach volleyball court, gym. You do not have to pay any additional fees. The key card must be taken care of and returned at checkout, if you lose it there will be a $100 fee.

*Pets are not allowed in Suite #1. We only allow service pets in the first floor room, under strict stay policies and measures. Don't worry, you won't have contact with any pets.
* Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy of the room, 4 people.
* If you would like to arrive before check in, please contact us to check availability and assist you.

* For lost, stained or damaged items, the full replacement cost will be charged.

* Loss of the Resort access card will have a cost of $100 USD

* This is a non-smoking accommodation, if guests smoke or vape during their stay they will be charged a fee of $100 USD.
