Grand Casita Cantina welcomes you to experience a vacation like never before! This 5,530 sq ft. house has 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and a multitude of entertainment. With a private sunny-west facing pool, custom-designed bedrooms, elaborate games room, and more, this one-of-a-kind newly built home is perfect for your next family getaway.

When you first walk through the door, you'll be welcomed by contemporary-chic and sophisticated furnishings and decor. Gather around with your friends and family in the living room where you can relax on the sectional. Create a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and have your choice of seating. Dine at the formal dining table with seating for 16 or at the breakfast bar with seating for 6.

Step through the sliding glass doors to your outdoor paradise on the patio. Dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table after grilling in the summer kitchen. Lounge in the sun poolside on one of the 8 sun loungers or relax on one of the daybeds, take a dip in the west-facing pool with a spillover spa.

When you want a break from the sun, head inside to the elaborately themed game room which makes you feel as though you have traveled to Tokyo. You can just hangout at the ramen bar themed hightop chairs, or you can enjoy one of the games that you'd find at your favorite arcade! Guitar Hero, Basketball shooter and BuckHunter all await you in this one of a kind games room. More entrainment awaits when you step foot in the extravagant Galaxy themed cantina. The kids will definitely want to talk about Bruno after they hangout in the secret Encanto designed room.

After a long day of excitement; one of eight bedrooms await! On the first floor, there is 3 master suites, two of which are Kings and one Queen. Head upstairs and you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms, all having en-suites. Just like the first floor, on the second floor you will have two King suites and one Queen. The remaining 2 rooms will have the kids, and even the adults in awe! All the toys join together in this remarkable Toy themed room featuring 2 sets of bunk beds with full sized beds. Head to the next room which is an exciting Galaxy themed room also featuring 4 bunk beds which are twins.

Grab your popcorn, settle down and turn on your favorite film in the movie theater fit for all muggles! Sound effects of thunder and light flashes of lightening will make it a one of a kind experience.

• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.

• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
