The resort offers amenities such as a heated swimming pool, sports courts, and a children's play area. The only exception is for the gym and sauna. The lush tropical landscaping on Lake Davenport. Located just 15 minutes from all the excitement the Disney parks and 20 minutes from Universal, visitors will love returning at the end of an exhilarating day.
Located on the second floor, this vacation condo has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is open plan and has all appliances, overlooks the dining and living areas, comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances, and it has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 3 people. If you want to eat somewhere more formal, there's a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. The living room has two red sofas, a large flat-screen TV for watching movies on after a long day out at the park, and it has a patio door, which leads out onto the screened in balcony. Here, you'll find a patio table and chairs for you to relax outside.
There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. Need to do a spot of laundry during your stay here? No problem! There are a full-size washer and dryer in this unit.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection is everyday during the morning time, please in case of need place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES: We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outrage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
