The Space:

You step onto a palm‑lined street and feel the warm Florida breeze already easing you into vacation mode. Sunlight pours through the open living area, inviting you to settle with a coffee while the kids spot the game room through the glass doors. Later, the scent of chlorine mixes with fresh‑cut grass as you drift between a splash in the pool and a friendly match of air hockey. As evening settles, the hot tub steams softly, and the spacious bedrooms offer quiet corners for everyone to unwind.

The private pool area features comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging between swims. Pool heating is available for an additional charge, and a hot tub offers a soothing spot for night‑time relaxation. Direct resort access at ChampionsGate lets you wander to shared pools, a lazy river, a fitness center and other amenities whenever you like.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space and a dishwasher makes meal prep easy. A nearby dining table seats the whole group, and children’s dinnerware plus a high chair simplify family meals.



Living space

The large living area flows naturally into the kitchen and dining space, creating a central hub for cooking, conversation and TV time. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer‑dryer keep the home comfortable for short stays or extended visits.



Amenities

Game room equipped with an air hockey table and foosball provides built‑in entertainment for all ages. Smart‑lock self check‑in, pet‑friendly policy, and long‑term stay flexibility round out the practical comforts.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
