Guest Access:

Parking:

The garage is not available, but you may park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is additional parking at the clubhouse if needed.



Property Access:

Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.



You will have full access to the Solara Resort and its amenities.

At the heart of the resort is an extensive amenity complex, which includes luxuries the whole family can enjoy! A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. There's also a large pool and even a splash pad for the little ones.



Solara Resort’s Grand Clubhouse doesn’t only feature an expansive water complex but also boasts a bar and grill, basketball courts, full sized soccer field, beach volleyball court, ice cream parlor, sundries store, indoor and outdoor lounges, workstations, tween/teen hangout center and an air conditioned fitness center at the clubhouse.

Pet Friendly:

Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs. is allowed. A pet fee of $99 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• (Currently not available) Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
