The Space:

The Neighborhood:

Located in a beautiful, secure, and family-friendly resort community in Davenport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet surrounded by everything you need. Within a short drive, you'll find grocery stores (Target, Publix), gas stations, excellent golf courses, and a wide variety of dining options ranging from fast food to family restaurants.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the Orlando and Davenport area. The property offers free parking right on-site. We are located just 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World parks, about 30 minutes from Universal Studios/SeaWorld, and close to major highways like I-4, making it incredibly easy to get to the airport and local outlets.

🚫 Non-Optional: This fee is required for ALL guests staying on the property. It is strictly collected and managed by the resort administration, NOT by us.



🏊‍♂️ What it covers: It grants full access to the 24/7 front desk, community pool, clubhouse, and fitness center. It is NOT a parking fee, and it cannot be waived or refunded, even if you choose not to use the resort facilities or the front desk.



💳 Payment: Paid directly to the resort clubhouse/front desk upon arrival.
