Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

- Check-In: 4:00 PM

- Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Need extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $45/hr (subject to availability).



💦 Optional Add-Ons (extra fee)

- Pool Heating: $45/day

Please request at least 3 days before arrival, as heating takes time.



- Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40



Please note that f you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.

Additional Services (requires extra payment):

-Pool heat ($35 a day)



Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival.

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.

- Fresh bed linens & towels for every guest

- Pool towels for in-home use only (not for clubhouse)

- Starter supplies: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

(Tip: these are starter amounts; nearby stores & the resort’s convenience shop have extras if you need more.)

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels

🚗 Parking & Registration

- Maximum 5 cars per home (2–3 in driveway, remainder in designated resort lots).

- No street or grass parking.

- No RVs, trailers, or boats allowed.

- All guests 18+ must be registered with valid photo ID for gate access.

- Resort pass sharing is not allowed.



🚭 House Rules

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties or events.

- Resort quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

- Primary guest must be 21+ to book.



🛑 Security & Safety

Storey Lake is a gated community with 24/7 security.

A child safety fence is installed around the pool for peace of mind.

Please respect resort rules to ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone.
