First Floor:

•  Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom (tub)

•  Living Area: Spacious open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen (including an island with 4 chairs), a dining area (seats 6), and a living room with a digital smart TV.

•  Private Pool Access: Step outside to the private patio and enjoy your own pool, surrounded by a peaceful retreat atmosphere.

Second Floor:

•  Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a smart TV and en-suite bathroom (tub)

•  Bedroom #2: Star Wars-themed room with a bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom) and a smart TV

•  Bedroom #3: Mickey-themed room with a bunk bed (twin on top, double in the middle, twin on the bottom) and a smart TV



Note: To access the resort guests are requested to share guest's list to create and share QR codes. It's an unavoidable requirement for all guests.



ESSENTIALS PROVIDED (for the first night ONLY)

• Bathroom Supplies: Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bar soap, , facial tissues, toilet paper,1 Towel per guest.

• Kitchen: Paper towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee & condiments

• Laundry: Laundry detergent (1 per bathroom, up to 1 per guest per stay)

Note: Salt, pepper, and oil are not provided.



Wash clothes: 2 per bathroom. Upon request can be provided up to 1 per guest/per stay



For long stays of 28 days or more, a 2,000 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.

- A safety Protocol has been deployed to ensure the well-being of our guests and personnel. Please do follow the protocol recommendations as it will make your stay more pleasant.

- A Pre-check in cleaning has come into place sanitizing high-touch surfaces introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping personnel.

- Check out care is taken rigorously under the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.
