The Space:

Welcome to our sumptuous villa, where elegance meets comfort to offer you the ultimate vacation experience in Kissimmee, Florida. Situated in an exclusive gated community, each of the seven bedrooms reflects a different theme that will ignite the imaginations of children and adults alike. Among them, you will find a Mickey Mouse-theme, Star Wars-theme, and a Mario Game-themed room, ensuring everyone's unique tastes are catered to.



The spacious master bedroom is an oasis of tranquility, offering a queen bed with plush linens and an en suite bathroom for a truly restful stay. There is even a bedroom kitted out as a home office, complete with an HDMI TV Monitor, perfect for those who need to balance work with vacation time.



Unleash your culinary skills in the modern, fully-equipped kitchen, fitted with state-of-the-art appliances and all necessary cookware. Enjoy family meals at the large dining table, or indulge in a casual breakfast at the chic bar counter.



Step outside to your private patio featuring a screened-in heated pool and spa, making any time perfect for a refreshing dip. Guests will have full access to our spacious 7-bedroom villa, including the private pool & spa, fitness area, and fully equipped kitchen. Secure gated entrance gives peace of mind while the smart lock system and keyless entry allow for seamless check-ins and check-outs. Parking spaces are provided both in the driveway and street, suiting guests with multiple vehicles.

Please note, a refundable hold of $1000 on your credit card is required for potential damages, released after checkout. Alternatively, a $50 fee allows opting out with damage waiver coverage. Unauthorized guests will be charged a $500 fine. Strictly no smoking is allowed in the villa boasting a $1000 fine, and the same applies to pets.
