This home is the perfect starting point for your Florida vacation. This gorgeous property is less than two and a half miles from Disney's doorstep, located in the luxury gated resort of Windsor Hills. It is also 20 minutes from Universal Studios, if your kids want to see Hogwarts. If you all crave a bit more time with nature, Cocoa Beach is roughly an hour's drive away. You can even make a day trip to Crystal Rivers Florida and swim with the manatees!

What makes this house so special is the five bedrooms and five bathrooms arrangement, which is ideal for larger or multi-generational families, for everyone to have their own bathroom. There are three master bedrooms (2 downstairs, one upstairs) each with king-size beds. There is also a sophisticated queen bedroom downstairs, plus a Mickey themed bunk room upstairs. Spread across two levels, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax with privacy.

The living room has comfortable leather sofas and large screen TV with cable services to relax together. The space overlooks the pool deck through large sliding glass doors, plus has newly installed plank flooring.

Another unique aspect of this home is the fact that there is a southwest facing pool and hot tub, which means you will get sun on the pool year round! The pool also has a removable safety fence, for the comfort and security of those with younger children. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost of $30 per day (may be discounted for longer stays).

In addition to all of the above, the house also comes with high speed Internet, TVs in each bedroom plus a Game Room with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard tables. There is also a full sized washer and dryer for guest use.

And let's not forget the Windsor Hills Resort itself. The gated community features a water park pool with fountains, water slides and spa, a zero-entry community pool for the little ones, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, ping pong tables, a themed outdoor playground, a game room, a movie theatre, a workout room, and a sundry shop which sells snack food and other convenience items including all those things you forgot. If they don't have it at the sundry shop, there is a grocery store (and other shops) less than 5 minutes drive away. The resort has a 3 car maximum per home.

This vacation home has it all: location, space, security and enough options for entertainment to tire out even the highest adrenaline kids!
