A Great House For A Big Group

Clean, updated, fun home. We stayed here with 11 people (3 teens and 8 adults). There was room for 1 more kid if we had needed it. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The clubhouse amenities were nice (one time fee of 35 for everyone to use it for the week).Owner was easy to contact. Great communication! We would stay here again if we were in the area.

My stay was overall wonderful.The property was as pictured( beautiful).I love to cook and I usually take my own pots,but this property had great quality pots and plenty of them.It was alot of room to accommodate my family ( a party of 12). Great family trip

We really enjoyed our stay, property manager/owner was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. House was great size for our group and pool was big enough for all to enjoy! Club house was an added bonus and the resort was well taken care of. We liked the daily trash removal and the play room was perfect for the kids. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at the property. Lots of room for a family get together which included different age groups from a baby to toddlers and grand parents. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We also used the Solterra Gym and Resort everyday.

Family vacation

For the most part the stay at this property was great the pictures were exactly like the property. The house was clean, as well as the check in was a breeze especially with a family of 12. Only issue we had was both refrigerators went out during our stay and we had to improvise the owner did respond quickly and sent someone but the refrigerator never started back working properly. The shower heads in every bathroom look like they need much cleaning and/or upgraded. But the overall experience and stay was great would definitely stay again.

One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. Very well layed out, tons of space. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Pool/spa were delightful. No complaints that we could come up with. We had 3 different families/couples there - and one has plans to book this again for their holiday trip!

Family vacation for 10

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didnā€™t want to leave. The house had everything we needed. Lots of dishes, utensils, pots, bowls and towels. We paid for pool heat and it was a perfect temperature. Tons of space and the extra fridge in the garage was a benefit and well used. We lost the internet once so we emailed John and it was fixed within minutes. There is open space behind the property and a hedge around the pool area so lots of privacy. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great Family Get-together

Had a great time meeting up with my family and having a nice space for our little ones to play. The hosts were very responsive and the house exceeded our expectations. The common areas were much larger than we expected from the pictures and the house was stocked with plenty of kitchen tools, towels, and toys! Would not hesitate to visit again!

Overall, great place to stay. Close to Theme parks, pool in back yard plenty of space for 12 without getting on each other's nerves. Kid space was great for the little ones (1.5-8y), gaming/games were good for (12-14y) and enough TVs for the adults to all watch what they wanted.

Perfect for Family

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family with small kids. They loved the playroom and the pool. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread-out. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The kitchen had nice amount of supplies for cooking. The drive to Disney Parks wasn't too bad, but it definitely depended on traffic.

Fantastic Family Vacation

My family and I just got back from our stay at Michaelā€™s place and it was great! We traveled with my parents, sister and her husband and a total of 5 kids ranging from 6 months to 7 years old. Michaelā€™s house was PERFECT for our family! There were multiple cribs, high chairs, baby gates (and high we desperately needed for my newly 1 year old) and strollers. One of the best parts was the play room. It rained most evenings for us last week, and it was a great outlet for the kids and was nice for them to have their own space to be loud and have fun. The pool was the highlight of our stay and we hardly did anything last week other than swim! We really had no complaints and loved the feature this home had over others in the area!

Davenport Getaway

We love the Davenport area. You are close to everything but just outside of Kissimmee and Orlando. The Solterra Resort is our favorite to stay in. The communication with the property owner was the best Iā€™ve dealt with in the 7 years weā€™ve been making this trip. We had a couple issues with the spa. I contacted the owner and it was taken care of right away. Itā€™s a beautiful house. There cleaning people could do a little better job but overall it was pretty clean.
