Free shuttle to DISNEY - Please note we have the REUNION RESORT MEMBERSHIP!!! - ALL OUR GUESTS, HAVE ACCESS TO THE WATER PARK - Once you have booked, the resort charges $55 per day per PROPERTY ( not per person) for each day of your stay for up to 12 guests to have access to the water park and lazy river. As an example, a 5 night stay has a fee of $275 charge, this invoice is sent AFTER you book, as it’s a resort fee. The daily fee is not optional, as its membership home. You can tube down the lazy river, take the slide into the lazy river - it has a zero entry pool- kids splash area and leaky bucket - check out the photos!!! SHADED landscaped seating areas to watch the kids have fun, whilst you relax, order food/cocktail/icecream! It’s all on site and value wise just cant be beat! The Membership also allows you to book a tee time on any of the Reunion golf courses. The resort charges you a green fee to play golf when you book a Tee time. You can also RENT A GOLF CART, to get around the resort, or use the free onsite resort shuttle bus.

Michelle will also check with you if you wish to heat the pool and spa the cost is $20 a day, the pool is heated to 86 and spa 101 - highly recommended for stays September thru end of May. We cant heat for say 3 days out of a 7 nights - the heat charge has to be for the duration of your stay, and is an extra charge to your booking quote.
We accept pets! ( small daily fee) - we are one of the few homes in the resort that allow Guests to bring their pets.

For your safety we have a key-less coded door entry - allowing you to drive directly to the property so you do not need to check in at an office, and no Keys needed

CANCELLATION policy is the most flexible option offered by the site - RELAXED.

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We provide a propane BBQ free of charge, if propane is needed info for refills is in the home, and at the guests cost.

We recently add a desk and chair in the master bedroom, handy for those of us that have to check in with work!

Grocery stores provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants. Publix a main grocery store is right opposite Reuion.

The water park area is beautifully landscaped, spotlessly clean, and has relaxing areas to sit and enjoy the florida sun - whether your a couple or a family group its a great way to take some down time off from the Parks. Food and drink is also available in the water park area. Many of our guests return to Reunion for the waterpark alone!!

Reunion has 8 resort community pools to explore, SPLASH PADS for the kids, or perhaps relax in one of the therapy pools/jacuzzi/or bubbling spas. There are two playground areas for the children to explore and a games room located in Seven Eagles club house.

This property HAS THE full MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES - ( many reunion homes do not) - so enjoy all the onsite facilities and have a memorable time in Reunion.

This property has 5 bedroom - 3 full bathrooms and 2 x 1/2 bath with private pool and spa (fully screened) and is in the HOMESTEAD section of Reunion Resort. We have rented and stayed in Reunion many years and have worked out what makes a great family floor plan (privacy for the master, restroom off the deck for swimmers, large covered lanai with fan for outside dining, gas BBQ provided for all guests, spacious living area with a view of the pool, along with an open well designed kitchen with multi solid surface counter tops for food prep and well stocked cupboards for family dining - a large pantry for your to store your groceries.

- This is a two story home - The entry level has the main KING master suite, FLAT SCREEN 65 inch ( in living room) has TV WITH WHOLE HOUSE DVR - with doors opening out on to the pool deck. A large open planned Master bathroom ( separate toilet) with twin vanities, corner tub and large walk in shower.

- The living space is centrally located in the home - has a view of the pool thru triple sliding doors, and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has all you would expect from a quality home, with the cookware and accessories in good shape - down to a drip coffee maker,Kureig, and electric kettle.

- There is a formal dining room - seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has a nook with table and chairs for 8, and a high top breakfast bar - . We provide a high chair .

- An extra restroom near the living area is ideal for all guests to use thru the day, so your not using an other guests privacy.

- There is a full washer dryer in the utility room, off the kitchen, under AC. Plus access to the large garage ( great for your vehicle, storage of golf clubs, water toys, suitcases) .

- UPSTAIRS are FOUR more good sized bedrooms.

- The upstairs rooms are separated for privacy by a walk way balcony - you are also able to view the living room and kitchen from the balcony - very open and light.

The home has full AC ( and heat if needed) with thermostat open for guests to adjust, if need be. We want you to be comfortable.

The pool area is where we always hang out when we have rented in Reunion, so we chose a large pool, with spill over spa.

There is a safety fence out by the pool to keep the little ones away from the water if needed.

- The pool deck is spacious, has loungers. The lanai is completely under cover, so you can relax, be in the shade and catch up on the days events. We have a second space as an outside dining area.

- We have a professional property management company that takes care of the home and just as important, our guests. They are there to help and hopefully we shall be welcoming you back. You will have their contact details in your booking info, arrival info, and in the home. Expect a call or e mail from Michelle a few days into your stay to check all is good for you.

Being located in the community of HOMESTEAD it’s a short walk ( approx 6 minute) to the Reunion Grande Hotel, Clubhouse & Bar, - - Eleven Steakhouse, Forte restaurant, OR 7 Eagles Cove complex, these are just 2 of the house 10 community resort pool and jacuzzi's plus play areas open to all of our guests. Reunion is beautifully landscaped, take a stroll around and admire the million dollar properties.

- SEVEN EAGLES community close by has a salt water heated pool, hot tubs, bar, pool side dining facilities, fitness gym, children’s games room/arcade, table tennis, 8 ball, and business center, plus an internet 'cafe' room. The gym is large and equipped with state of the art equipment and overlooks the large pool.

- CENTER COURT RIDGE community is just a short 5 minute walk from Reunion Grand Hotel and would be your nearest children’s play area and the location of the tennis courts.

Don't forget to check out Reunion Grande Hotel early in your stay - a luxury award winning hotel. Experience the live music on Friday and Saturday evenings in the hotel lobby, or try the famous Sushi Bar, dine at the restaurant 'Forte' or view the DISNEY FIREWORKS from the beautiful lit ROOF TOP pool and Tapas Bar - it is what us vacation home owners do!!

Upon arrival you will be given a resort map at the 24 hour manned security gate (and parking pass). The guards are helpful - polite - they know you have perhaps traveled far and just might need a smile.

For the days spent outside of the resort, Reunion is a short easy drive to all Disney Parks - Magic kingdom, MGM studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, along with Disney water parks - allow 10 mins .
Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Wet and Wild are 20 mins and Busch Gardens 45 mins..

The Gulf coast or East Coast beaches are a short drive - 1 hr 45 mins and 1 hr away - making them a great day out ------call MICHELLE - WHO CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND IS HERE TO HELP.
