The property was SPOTLESS! Please give our thanks to the cleaning team. We had to find a rental property with less than 24 hours before our flight because a different rental company gave our booked unit to someone else. Thank God this property was available. The location is fantastic. The pool was perfect, and the neighborhood was idyllic. Hope to stay here again sometime. The host answered all of our questions promptly. This home was lovely. Thank you so much!

My stay

The property had the basic needs. There was things that could use attention but nothing that would take away from our experience. Microwave door was broken, one bedrooms bed side rail seemed off,grill burner cover was rusted out and couldn’t be used, stains on chairs. All in all though my family was unbothered by this.Thanks for hosting us

Wow this place was amazing!!

We ended up here after a complete disaster of a previous rental. Nikki was extremely helpful, always responded quickly and got us into this amazing home! Everything was perfect, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, only about 20min to any Disney park(even when leaving in the afternoon rush hour), there was a really nice walking path behind the house to take our dog on walks, and the pool with added heat was just icing on the cake. I hope to be able to stay at this property again and will absolutely be looking for it on our next Disney trip! I’ve stayed at a lot of rental houses and this one may very well be one of the nicest ones I’ve stayed at. Thank you so much for not only saving our vacation but also making it amazing!!

Great, but Minimal

It wasn't until after I booked when I saw that only minimal items were included with the nightly rate. If you want to use the BBQ, that's extra. If you want to heat the pool, that's extra. Only one roll of TP incl. with each bathroom. Only one paper towel roll. It was just my wife and I and we were here in June so we didn't need anything more or need the pool heated. But, if I had broughy my kids (which we normally do, especially to a 4-bedroom house) we definitely wouldn't have had enough paper products or other items. The house is very clean, good neighborhood, and overall great, just wish I didn’t feel nickeled and dimed.

1350 seasons blvd

The house surpassed our expectations. Very clean with every comfort of home available. The heated pool was great and needed during the cooler days. We also rented the bbq which was a nice bonus. Quiet safe neighborhood with a nice walking path around the pond. Pool alarm was a great safety feature for families with small children. Walmart within 2 minutes for groceries and also fast food or sit down restaurants close by. Absolutely recommend this home!

Family fun

The property was great: located very close to Walmart and ALDIs so easy access to get groceries. We visited Sea world, discovery cove and icon park ( sleuth murder mystery dinner) - each about 30 minutes driving time. The bbq was worth the extra cost as was the pool heater. Great location for great time. Pool and pool table were utilized.

Family Trip with Dogs

We loved the property. The location was convenient for everything we needed. We were in town for an AKC National competition with our dogs and were also spending time at Disney World. The communication was clear and they were very quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. We would consider staying here again if we were invited back to next year's competition. The kids loved the Mickey-themed bedroom. We had 5 adults and 2 kids on this trip and the house felt plenty big. The house was very clean with all the amenities that we expected. There was a walking path around a pond not far away that was a great area to walk the dogs. The kids loved the pool even though the weather was cool. We did pay to heat the pool and the temperature was great. We are glad that we added that.

Family getaway to Universal Studios

Disney trip

We went to Disney and elected for a home rather than stay on property. The travel time to the parks in the morning was between 15-20 minutes. Overall, we really loved our stay here and the home worked our perfect for our family of 4. Upon arrival the property management team had a gift basket of essential food items, which we really appreciated. We did do a Walmart delivery for basic essentials that kept us supplied for our time. Really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this spot for anyone!

Beautiful home

House was very nice layout, would be great for a family with kids. They would love the Mickey Mouse room. We were just 2 couples and didn’t use the 2 kids rooms. But it would be perfect for a family with another couple or grandparents and kids. Pool was lovely. Whole property was very clean.

Great stay for 6 weeks to enjoy the weather

My husband and I with our 2 pups stayed for 6 weeks. Nice walkable neighborhood. Pool was nice and relaxing. Quite neighborhood, clean house, close to plenty of things to do. Management was very responsive with little intrusion.

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The biggest drawbacks were little or no supplies. For example, no aluminum foil for oven, salt/pepper, saran wrap, etc. We stayed for 2 weeks and were provided 2 dishwashing tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and 1 roll of papertowels. We understand it a self sufficient rental like all VRBO's, but most places stock common items. The water tasted and smelled worse then any other place we have traveled with the exception of a VRBO we rented in remote Alaska. During our stay, there was a homicide one block away. The local Kissimmee retail and restaurants nearby seem to be declining. We paid for the heated pool, but it didn't work properly until the maintenance guy came for his weekly pool cleaning and had to add significant water in the pool for the heater to kick on. My husband and I are traveling for 2 months in Florida and staying at vacation rentals. You can tell this home is run by a corporation and not the property owner.

Great location for a Disney vacation. Loved the 3 bathrooms. Beds confortable. Would stay aagin!

Nice property and neighbourhood. Close to Walmart, gaz, and Wine store. Close to Disney parks. Heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Little ant problem in the Master bedroom but it was taken cared of by the property management. Great stay!

Quiet and clean

The property was pretty much as expected. Fairly clean although it didn’t seem the floors had been mopped and showers could’ve used more cleaning. The binder at house didn’t match the “rules” in my contract. House was fine for our short trip.

Nice comfortable and clean property

Enjoyed the well appointed and clean property. Only suggestions I have is leave more than one roll of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. It’s a big inconvenience when you spend this amount of money to have to go to the store to get these basic house hold items during your vacation. Just seems cheap!!
