The spacious patio is made for relaxing, with peaceful lake views, comfortable outdoor seating, your private saltwater pool, and a griddle that s perfect for family breakfasts, burgers, or evening cookouts. Whether you re dining outdoors or simply enjoying the view, it s an ideal space to spend quality time together.
Inside, you ll find a bright open layout featuring a welcoming dining area, a cozy living room with a large Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, a coffee station, and a wine fridge. For even more fun, enjoy the converted garage game room with ping pong and basketball, or head upstairs to the loft with an air hockey table, comfortable seating, and a Wii console.
Sleeping arrangements include one first-floor bedroom with a Smart TV and en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, plus four additional bedrooms upstairs, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax after another unforgettable Orlando adventure.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

POOL We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the property should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
