Beautiful pet friendly villa

Wonderful stay with excellent host! Everything we needed was available to make meals during our stay. Location was excellent!! Resort has a beautiful clubhouse with ping pong and pool table. There was no arcade like pictured but we still enjoyed! The pool and hot tub was nice. In the evenings we enjoyed a lovely limited fireworks view from our screened in balcony. Thank you we hope to be back again soon

Needs some TLC

Smelled strongly of dog. Furnishings and decor older. Neighborhood and pool were nice except there was a lot of gnats. Convenient to Disney!

We loved this home and definitely would love to book again or another one on the same property! Very clean and spacious and felt like home honestly. Truly loved it. Overall this is a good place to stay and we would stay again. It is very close to Disney and Margaritaville. There is a Super Walmart just outside the gate but it is the most crowded Walmart we have ever seen. The pool is very nice and large with a hot tub. The workout room is minimal and only open 10a-6p. The property is dog friendly with poop bins and a nice walk around the lake. The condo is located above the garages so there is no noise from neighbors. The unit was clean but needs help. The linoleum is peeling up. There was one trash bag and a roll of toilet paper for our two-week stay. The dryer did not work so we hung our clothes. The access code directions provided by Vacasa were badly flawed at the main gate and the condo. They left off key components of the codes and how to use the codes. Codes change and they need to include the steps necessary on either side of the code such as additional keys to push. The sink faucets feel like they are falling apart. Bring hangers for the closets, there weren't any. The smoke detector was beeping because the battery was low. It was located high above the staircase so we had to waste over half a day waiting for the maintenance guy who was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, unit needs work

Last time I rented with Vacasa I swore I’d never do it again. But here I am, reviewing another frustrating experience with Vacasa. The unit is in a great location, and is very accessible. The complex is gated, has a nice pool. It said there was a game room, although the game room is actually closed now. They should update that in the listing. The actual unit that we rented needs a lot of repair work. Floorboards were coming up, microwave is broken, dented appliances hairdryer was broken, medicine cabinet was missing, towel rack was missing, The towels were thin and scratchy. Kitchen sink had a dribble of water only. Seriously, these repairs would all amount to less than $100 and maybe an hours worth of work. I don’t know if the owners of this property even know how much damage there is? I certainly don’t feel great about the price that we paid considering half the things in the house were unusable. When we checked in, we noticed we didn’t have any trash bags any dish soap or paper towels. I immediately contacted Vacasa on Sunday. We didn’t actually get any soap or trash bags from them until Wednesday afternoon. Ridiculous. They kept telling us that the local team was not responding to their messages. Figure it out Vacasa. You made a lot of money and you need to do better.

Great location, but very poorly maintain and clean

I was charged extra as I brought my pets and when I arrived the house was dirty. The location is perfect for the parks and has a close a Walmart. I it was well maintain and clean I would had given them 5 stars

Orlando getaway

Nice condo, only 2 complaints

Great location, right next to the pool. Only had 2 complaints. The air filter had caked on dust, looked like it hadn’t been changed in a long time and the hardwood floor by the laundry was warped, looked like water damage at one point in time, stubbed my toe a couple of time on the ends that were sticking up. Other than that very nice place.

Perfect location, lovely property manager

Location can’t be beat. Perfect cozy apartment for a couple and a dog. We felt the space was a great size and clean, the property manager easy to contact, and the resort had nice amenities (great pool, pretty pond to walk around). Would definitely come again.

Great Location

Great location! House was perfect size for the three of us and our little 7lb dog. Lots of places to walk him. Amenities were great. Pool area was spacious, clean and lots of areas to sit and enjoy the sun. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to the pandemic and our government calling everyone home! :( We will definitely be back again when things are back to normal!

Near Disney

The whole process of booking from start to finish was very easy and professional. The condo complex outside property was very clean, safe and well maintained. The condo itself was clean and well finished with everything from very clean towels and sheets in large quantities. The only problem we had was with the water pressure and also the slow drainage in the bathtub and sink. We should have called maintenance and they would have dealt with it. It was close to all of the parks and grocery shopping as well as Target and Walmart. Very convenient and the pool is heated and clean. 😊

Great Location! Comfortable place

This property is in a great location. It was close to everything and the community is very nice. The condo was ideal for us and being pet friendly allowed the whole family to be together. My only complaint was the handrail going upstairs was very sticky and uncomfortable to use. I tried to clean it a couple of times.... my suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint. It was a minor detail and everything else was very clean and comfortable for a nice week in Orlando!

The property is in an excellent location for going to the Disney parks. Very easy to use Uber as well. We enjoyed having the privacy of our own home for our stay. They had everything you needed in the kitchen and bedrooms, extra towels, blankets ect. They even had fans which was nice. This home is a little worn. Holes and missing paint on walls and worn out furniture. Beds were comfortable, but the couches were very uncomfortable. Great for a short stay for a disney visit.

Better than expected!

Great location, you can walk to grocery store, Walmart and Disney discounted stores. 10-15 minutes to Disney, depends on traffic, we found plenty of fine dining places. Condo was clean, very quiet pool was great with barely any people there, everything we needed was in the condo. We loved it, and will be back next Spring.

Nice condo

Great stay. Very quiet location. Plenty of room. Lots of area to walk dog. Very close to Disney World. Lots of restaurants in area. Condo very nice but could use a little work. We arrived at 4:15 and condo was still being cleaned. Plumbing not the greatest. Caulking in kitchen and shower poorly done. Area rug in living room needs cleaning. But still thought very nice place and would stay again.
