**The Space**

Step inside this bright, two-story townhouse designed for families and friends. The open-concept main floor invites you to relax after a fun-filled day at the parks. Unwind in the living area with a 40” flat-screen TV, or gather for meals in the dining area with seating for six.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick snack to a full family dinner.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three stylish bedrooms:
* **First Floor Suite:** A serene retreat with a King bed, 32” TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
* **Second Floor Bedroom:** A comfortable room featuring a King bed and a 32” TV.
* **Second Floor Bunk Room:** A fun, themed space perfect for kids, with a bunk bed featuring two Full-size beds and its own 32” TV.

For your convenience, the home also includes a shared upstairs bathroom, a washer and dryer, free WiFi, central AC, and all towels and linens. A Pack 'n Play is also available upon request.

As our guest, you will have full access to the fantastic amenities at the West Lucaya  Resort. Spend your days soaking up the Florida sun at the heated, resort-style pool and spa, or let the kids splash around in their own dedicated pool.

**Getting Around**

With major attractions and shopping centers spread throughout the area, having a car is the most convenient way to explore Orlando and all it has to offer. The property is located within a gated community with on-site parking.

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* To ensure a comfortable stay for all, at least one guest in your party must be 21 years of age or older.
