Parking is free. One parking at the front of the house. There are overflow parking spaces walkable to this home, but not guaranteed as they are not assigned nor reserved.

Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf carts, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Storey Lake.

Street parking is not allowed.
Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.

Guests have access to entire house and community amenities.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking

There is a $50 fee for cleaning the grill (tank is available, propane level is not guaranteed), be free to fill up from convenient stores nearby, please let us know before your stay if you do want the grill.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the entire duration of your stay.
