Lovely three bedroom and three bathroom 20 minutes away from disney close to walmart and close to other shopping center and restaurant include Red lobster, crab shack Golden Coral Golf course 10 minutes away.

We also provide a heated pool service at an extra charge of $200.00 per stay. Please contact owner if interested.

Second stay

Upon arriving the handyman was there fixing on the pool screen. He finally finished the day before we left. The cable in the childs room didnt work. There was a chip in the wall across from the linen closet. The linen closet door was off track. The grill was dirty.

Green pool.

There's some good things, and then some really bad things about our experience with this property. First when trying to book, the owner wouldn't allow us to book because of our service dog, which is against the law. He told me that "just because you like dogs, doesn't mean the next person will". I had to call VRBO, they called him and explained the policy. Then I was able to book. The house is spacious and has a nice layout. Comfortable for a family of 4. Not very clean. The cabinets were very dirty. Dusty furniture. And then the pool. It looked ok when we arrived, but the next day it was completely green. I sent a message to the owner who took over a day to answer. He just said to contact the manager. Manager didn't answer. Then called us back almost a night. Said they were going to clean it the next day. He showed up next day in the morning, put some chemicals in it, told us we couldn't use it until the next day (the day we were leaving). The main reason we wanted a house was to have a private pool. Very disappointed that we didn't get to go in. No apologies from the owner or credit. Other than that, the house needs upgrading and a lot of things need to be fixed. Some that were reported here for months now. We did like that is 20 min from Disney. 45 min from Universal. Close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Would I book again? Maybe, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

July 4th vacation

Overall this stay was great. The only complaints I have is that the house needs some major updates. Cabinets were falling apart in kitchen and bathrooms, blinds were missing and ceiling fans need fixing. Besides that, I would definitely stay again because of the location, the pool, the roominess and the customer service.

A home away from home

Great experience. CLEAN house .I expect worst be for I arrive but I was wrong . Perfect for privacy and relaxation. Only small complaint is that the spa took a day to heat up and the master bathroom toilet seat is a little off but those are just minor fixtures. Other than that ..I will stay there again

NCA Cheer Nationals Trip

My mother in law and I stayed for a few nights. The property was easy to find with friendly neighbors and easy to access. We arrived late and found the home to be inviting. We did not have issues with the home. The only reason I did not leave 5 Stars is due to the prior party leaving trash in garage and in pool area and clean towels were left on patio in laundry basket next evening/day.

Adequate...past mediocre reviews are accurate

Upon arrival we always check for any issues we can find. Overall the unit was clean. We were allowed in early so the pool hadn't been done yet but the PM sent someone right over. One big issue if you have small children, the safety fence DOES NOT close. The entry gate post doesn't even reach the stationary post and the eye to hook it closed is gone. There is no hole to insert the bottom of the gate post into. While we were there they installed an alarm on the sliding door but you don't even have time to get out before it goes off. Was a shock when we returned late one night and wanted to hop in the pool and that started shrieking! We arrived to find a panel of the pool screen flopping in the wind. You could see where it had been held with duct tape. When we reported it we were told there were no parts to fix (supply chain?) The PM had the pool people address it, with a bunch more duct tape. It held while we were there but looked trashy. Any animal could have easily pushed thru. We joked that we might wake up to a gator in our pool. This has been reported by others for some time. The pool and spa lights are out, others have noted that for months but they are not fixed yet. A friend leaned on the top shelf of the counter and it shifted. We found it wasn't even attached. We had a list of things and almost all were addressed asap when reported to the PM. The first couple days we felt we were nagging as we kept reporting things. There is lichen type material growing on the pool screen so we woke up every morning to a layer of residue on top of the water that had fallen in with the breeze. As others have said, the property just feels "tired". We questioned when the owner was last there to see the condition of things. We are PM at home so know how things should be for rentals. This is our third rental through VRBO and so far the lowest on our list overall. This unit wasn't bad by any means but could be improved. For just my wife and I, it served its purpose.

Great stay

Nice place to stay. In a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from several conveniences. Only about 30 mins away from Disney. The pool appears to have a hot tub but does not (my mistake). It would be nice to have lights in the pool area. The communication about garbage night was confusing and this is the only time I've been asked to only leave a certain amount of towels/bed sheets dirty. Overall, good experience!

Lack of upkeep

The stay was nice we liked the house but read reviews before we went and the things in other peoples review was never fixed thing didn't work like the light for the pool and everything echoes in the house a hole in the screen for pool was hanging they fixed lol with duct tape squirrels got in the area but all in all we did enjoy are time there nice neighborhood and quiet

Thanksgiving Getaway

Good stay. Clean home. Pool lights did not work so we had to swim in the day or in the dark. Refrigerator was noisy. Master bed was creaky and recommend replacing. Master shower head didn’t work very well. Master toilet needs some work. Furniture in (2) other bedrooms are aged and recommend replacement. Kitchen very small, limited counter space. No large trash can or recycle bin on site. We left recyclables in box in the unit and took our trash w/us when we left and placed in a restaurant dumpster. We did call/message about the pool lights a few times and on Friday afternoon the night before we leave the guy showed up and told us the light must be blown. Overall it was an Ok stay and we made do because we don’t like to complain and it was a holiday week. We have stayed at VRBO properties before and was used to different accommodations.

Honest Review

Honest review: This is a beautiful well kept house. This house looks brand new. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very spacious. The pool is very nice, I suggest asking for the heated pool service ahead of your check in. We asked for ours and it took around 24 hours to warm up so we couldn’t use the pool the first day. The kitchen cookware is very limited and the pots and pans are all scratched and old. Cooking was a challenge here. They provide only one toilet paper roll per bathroom(3 total) No paper towels are provided. The “fence” around the pool is broken. If you have small children you will not be able to safely secure it and children can fall in the pool. My daughter is one, I use one of the chairs to block it. Overall, good home just missing minor details. Wi-Fi is excellent and house is well decorated.
